Perfect Practice Golf Balls
I recently purchased the BirdieBall Practice Golf Balls for my husband, an avid golfer who constantly seeks ways to improve his game. These practice balls have proven to be an excellent addition to his golf training arsenal, especially for practicing in our yard. These practice balls are designed to simulate the feel and flight of real golf balls while offering the convenience of limited flight. This makes them perfect for backyard practice sessions without the worry of them flying too far or causing damage. One of the standout features is their ability to mimic the spin and trajectory of real golf balls. This allows my husband to work on his full swing mechanics, ball striking, and accuracy, all from the comfort of our yard. It's a great way to refine his technique without going to the driving range whenever he wants to practice.Another notable advantage is their versatility. Whether he's practicing with irons, wedges, or drivers, these practice balls perform admirably across the board. They provide consistent flight patterns and are forgiving enough to help him focus on improving his skills rather than retrieving errant shots. I am very pleased with the BirdieBall Practice Golf Balls; more importantly, my husband is too. These are worth considering if you're looking for effective practice balls that offer a realistic feel and flight.

Best home training tool I've found
I have used the wiffle ball style fake golf balls, a few brands of foam golf balls, real golf balls and a catch net, and now these BirdieBalls. There is absolutely nothing on the market that I've come across that even compares to the BirdieBall. You can hit these with absolutely everything you have and they really only go 40-50 yards (wedges and irons) and give you a ton of feedback on your shot. Unlike a foam ball, wiffle ball, or real ball into a net, you actually see the result of your shot with these. Do you slice on the course? You're gonna slice with these too. The bright side is now you can correct your slice in the comfort of your own backyard. Also, unlike other training balls, you feel the impact with these, very much like a real golf ball. I have also found that BirdieBalls have something to offer that no driving range I've ever been to has been able to...I can finally practice sidehill, uphill, and downhill lies. Driving ranges are great, but they are always flat and conditions are pretty much perfect, whether you're hitting off a mat or grass. With these, I can hit from wherever I have 40-50 yards. I've been using them behind obstacles too. I don't find myself hitting off the fairway as much as I'd like, and now I can practice hitting up and over bushes and around trees. Once again, something you just can't do on a driving range. I am hopeful that it will help my real golf game, as most of us know how discomforting it can be to shoot a quality shot when all you're worried about is not hitting that tree, tall grass, bush, road, etc.I've used these off a mat, short cut grass, and grass that hasn't been mowed in weeks and every time I'm impressed. Finally a product that I can hit with a full swing and see true results of my swing, without leaving my yard. Added bonus, they make for a great game with friends. I can see cornhole and horseshoes taking a backseat to these BirdieBalls when it comes to playing games in the yard with friends. I understand they float, too. Haven't tested that for myself yet.Only downside to these that I've found so far is they won't do a thing for your chipping or putting game. If you're on the on the fence about getting these, just do it. It's the same cost as a couple of buckets at the range and you don't even have to leave your yard to use them. Great stress reliever too. And without the drive to a range or course.

I practice more than now that I have these.
First off, I am a low handicapper golfer so I have a good understanding of the golf swing so my review may not apply to a beginner or a high handicap golfer. I bought these because they advertise they do not go very far which is true. They go 40 yards with my 7-iron which I hit 150-160 yards normally. What they also advertise is they react much like a golf ball when they are hit. I can slice them, hook them, hit them low, and high. They really do respond much like a real ball. It’s a 30 minute drive to the nearest driving range and I do not have enough land to put in my own range so these have really allowed me to practice in the back yard. I do plan to get a net and tracker setup, but these rings work well. You cannot tee them up, so I just hit them with my 7-iron.I don’t how if a high handicapper or a beginner would benefit from them. when they are hit perfect they fly straight with a high pitch whirl. Kinda of neat. If you miss hit them just a little bit, they go nowhere which may turn off someone trying to learn. A lot of the fun of going to the range is trying to hit the ball far! These are not that kinda fun. For me they give me feed back on my swing. and allows me to hit 20 a day which keeps my swing in shape when not at the range.

Good practice aid
so far they seem durable. they accurately portray ball flight such as fade or draw. i think its a great and safe practice aid.

Uber Cool Practice "Balls"...
...BirdieBalls, that is.I admit to some doubt when I shelled out for these, but after just a few swings I'm a believer. They make a satisfying "tunk" when you hit them, a cool "whirring" sound as they fly through the air, and only go 40 to 50 yards even with a full swing.Plus they're easy to find if I flub one; you'd think they'd bounce around crazily when they land, but they don't. They tend to stay pretty close to where they hit the ground (as long as you don't bounce them off something like a rock or tree). And they truly do tell you if you're hitting straight, hooking or slicing; something plastic wiffle golf balls do not do very well. These things are ridiculously fun to hit; addictive, even.Perfect for practice with my hickory clubs, since I can't swing my hickories at the driving range (they can't take modern high compression balls). With Birdieballs I can swing away in my backyard and get actual, full swing practice; very helpful indeed.Highly recommended!
