Great Interiors!!
This book is quite large and showcases a number of wonderful interiors in Paris - many of which are art filled, eclectic, and just plain gorgeous!! The photography is beautiful and the quality of the book overall is excellent! I love interior design books, particularly ones displaying interiors from other countries. Interestingly, if I'm not mistaken, I believe all the interiors in this book belonged to male residents. I strongly recommend - AAA+++

Beautiful quality exterior, unusual eclectic contents interior for the weird and wild design lover
This book is gorgeous it’s big heavy and beautiful under the jacket. Quality linen cover in navy blue. It’s wonderful for inspo but unfortunately the contents were not my style. If you’re into the unusual and eclectic then this book is for you. For now I will style on a shelf or coffee table or console table under a sculpture.

"Tastemakers" is debateable
As an inveterate Francophile, I had high hopes for this book. And indeed, if you love grand Haussmann-style Parisian apartments outfitted in dreadful modern furniture and ghastly new art, then this book is for you. Though beautifully photographed and produced, I found the entire volume (save one or two residences) to be an exercise in the worst taste imaginable. If this book represents the best that Paris currently has to offer, the city has my sympathies.

Scrumptious Book!
I don’t agree with the negative review this book at all. On the contrary, I found this book quite delightful and beautifully made. All the images were clear and wonderful to pour over.Yes it’s true some of the homeowners have a lot of things in their home, but I feel like they are curated well and placed thoughtfully. It was actually refreshing to look through a book of living spaces that weren’t so editorial or sterile. So many interior design books these days look so similar in there aesthetically deduced spacing and everything being intentional. Boring is the never ending precision of it all.I think this book clearly demonstrates that the individuals they profiled here have a joie de vivre and their homes have that je ne sais quoi.

Highly cluttered interiors
Beautifully photographed on high quality paper but I wish I had seen the book first before I purchased it. I’m not sure what criteria the editor used to choose the homes that are included but there is a ‘sameness’ to many of the interiors. I’m sure each home reflects the personality of the homeowner but each room is highly cluttered which is distracting to the viewer. I wish the editor had chosen homes that reflected a variety of tastes and collecting styles.

Eclectic and maximalism at its best
Love the book. Fascinating how peoples ideas just blow and flow. The collection of things can be clutter to some but as I always say taste is acquired. And if you have beautiful objects you might as well flaunt it just like in this book. If you are a minimalist this book is not for you. Bravo.

Idiosyncratic and wildly personal! Show stopper!
From front cover the entire book is luscious and dreamy. The short text by each home owner is equally compelling. As much about Paris as The Parisians! Marvelous.
