A Little Dab Will Do It!
I have been using Morton Salt Substitute for years to substitute my use of table salt as I have hypertension. This salt substitute is compatible with all of the meals that I cook, and I cook everything. There is no aftertaste. It seasons my food well, works well, as if I was using real table salt. It has the right amount of texture and you only need to use a small amount as it has enough potency in it so you don't have to overload your dish with too much salt. I keep it on my counter with all of my other condiments so it easy to get to. I will continue to use this salt substitute, it's a lifer for me. Try it and you want be disappointed!

Healthier way to spice up my food
Sometimes my ankles swell, so eliminating salt has helped a lot! This is a great way to still make my food taste great without the harmful effects of too much sodium!

Interesting taste, but doable
For medical reasons, I had to change my salt intake. I tired this and while, yes, at first you can taste the difference between table salt and this, you get used to it after a few uses. I will say though, that I accidentally used table salt (the bottle looks similar) after using this for some time and I did not like the taste of table salt, so I noticed right away the difference and that I had grabbed the wrong one. Definitely prefer this over table salt.Side note: Mrs. Dash has some great no salt seasonings that I use quite often too.

Typical of the American food industry - substitute one bad ingredient for a worse one.
If you have to take your chance choosing between salt on one side and potassium chloride mixed with fumaric acid and monocalcium phosphate plus silicon dioxide on the other side, which would you choose. That's the point, you don't want any of that. You are trying to avoid salt not poison yourself with something else. Now, if you are into chemistry, you might concoct an argument for why everything is chemical anyway. Those folks usually leave the earth sooner than the rest of us.The moral of this story is: This is a terrible product don't make the same mistake I made by buying an expensive compound that could do more damage to you than what your are trying to avoid.

yuck
do not use this product if you have kidney issues! it's pure potassium and tastes what I image the salt you use on the sidewalk to melt ice tastes like. For me it's actually better to cook without any salt, but taste is subjective.

Great flavor to foods
As someone who is conscious of their health, I searched for ways to reduce my sodium intake without sacrificing flavor in my meals. I have been using this salt-free potassium chloride as a substitute for table salt. I am happy to report that it has been a great addition to my diet. Not only does salt-free potassium chloride provide flavor to meals, but it also offers health benefits. Check out Dr Gregor's videos on salt substitutes impact to blood pressure on the nutritionfacts website and the numerous studies on benefits of potassium. With other home remedies and diet changes I have gone from 140+/90+ BP to normal 120/80.I also appreciate that this product is versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes with my favorites being soup and popcorn. It has become a staple in my kitchen and I highly recommend.

Use this because not enough potassium resulted in knee pain
I've been suffering knee pain... in part because of a food tracking app that calculates nutritional intake we realized that my diet didn't include enough potassium in spite of my loving broccoli and bananas... a cheap and easy way to fix that problem is fake salt... this stuff in 1/4 teaspoon provides 20% of your daily needs and I tended to be about 20% below required every day... I stir this into my morning coffee (seriously, you get used to it) and after a week my knee pain suddenly reduced by about 70% allowing me to get back to the exercise needed to bring it back the other 20% (it never goes entirely away, I'm old and fat)If you don't believe me google knee pain and potassium ... lots of studies about how doctors should look at patients diets before prescribing pain meds
