I'm skeptical of creams that promise too much, but I couldn't believe how immediate and long-lasting the effects of this cream is. I felt noticeably less pain within a few minutes of rubbing it on my knee. We were in London for 8 days and averaged walking between 7 and 8 miles a day and I was pain free by using this 3-4 times throughout the day along with ibuprofen. My knee was still stiff, but I didn't have pain like before. Because of how great the effect was, I also used it to massage my feet (plantar fasciitis) and stiff neck (too much time on airplanes).
