I slipped sling over my head and under my arm already closed so I just had to do up the arm Velcro one handed . It sits well on my shoulder and you can move it up higher to get the top part of shoulder .I wish I bought this earlier as it’s really taking the edge off my frozen shoulder .My arms are not thin, as I’m doing up over clothes there’s not much more room ! I’m sure an easy solution if you have bigger arms is to buy a piece of Velcro to extend it for extra width !

I bought this to match a Synosin one I bought a while back but they don't stock them anymore. This one is smaller and doesn't encompass the whole shoulder, it just rides up a bit there's no support at all, the ther one I have is brilliant. I've already bought a different sort which is on it's way. If you have EDS this won't help you.

This has been invaluable in the treatment of my frozen shoulder. The gel pack goes in a velcro pocket and sits comfortably in the upper arm. I am a large lady and was worried the cuff wouldn't fit, or the cross body strap would be too short but they have plenty of room. Highly recommend.

I am 182 cm, 75kg, normal body. I cannot make this thing fit properly such that cold is applied on the right part of my shoulder (top, external). As my body type is normal, this suggests poor design. Could not use it once.

Wasn’t sure about this however I’ve found it is easy to use and helps die t constant pressure from the wrap. It’s easy to apply although depending n your shoulder you may need a little help. The pack is easy to attach via a mesh pocket. You do need clothes on as there is only mesh between your skin and the ice pack. I wear this at work too and after the gym. Can be a little restrictive with arm movements but overall I’m glad I purchased.

Well made and a large ice pack that covered the area needed. Slightly marked down because it was not very easy to put on, particularly with shoulder pain! Just as easy to use the ice pack on its own without all the strapping. It does the job though and the ice pack does not freeze solid so is flexible.

I need the ice pack on my LEFT shoulder. The illustration shows the model wearing this product on the right shoulder. So I asked online if it could be used for either side and people responded yes it could. It is absolutely impossible for me to get this in the correct position. It is no use to me at all

Bought this for my dad who suffers with a painful shoulder. It was a bit tricky to work out how to wear it, but he soon sorted it. He loves it. It's comfortable and soothing, and you are free to move around whilst wearing it, unlike other wraps that fall off if you move.
