LastiSeal Concrete Stain & Sealer (5-gal.) - Waterproofs & Stains Concrete In One Step! (Mocha Cream)

I followed all of the instructions exactly, including waiting at least 72 hours after pressure washing, and ensuring my concrete was porous. The finished look of my patio was perfect once it was done, and then the patio got wet for the first time.... the stain/sealer did not penetrate my concrete at all, and when it gets wet, it developed globby messes of stain/sealer that just peel right off!The reason you may ask why I amGiving 3 stars instead of 5 is that the sellers customer service was prompt and effective, they asked me for photos of my project, and once submitted, a refund was promptly issued! It’s a rarity this day in age to have such good customer service when products are defective! I am sad the product didn’t work for me, as I really loved the look I got before it started peeling off!

This product literally makes concrete look like dirt. Very disappointed.
