The bobbins fit into the compartments easily. I can see the colors through the case so I can find what I need quickly. This case was inexpensive and fits my needs. The compartment dividers come as a strip, and need to be cut apart for use. A utility knife worked best for this, as I needed to trim off the little connector tab that held them together.
