Good cable, would buy again
I bought this as an extension for my wired Reolink outdoor Wi-Fi camera. The Reolink camera came with a nice cord, but it wasn’t quite long enough to reach my electrical outlet. I have read that extension cables add too much resistance between camera and the ac/dc adapter, which results in erratic camera performance. However, I haven’t had any problems.

It works
Needed this for my Google Nest Wifi (version 1 of Nest, not to be confused with "Google Wifi"), so I could put the router at a higher location. Cable doesn't get warm; just what I needed.

Works perfectly for Nest Wifi
I needed to extend the power cable for my nest wifi router a few feet and the 1.35mm x 3.5mm extension cable worked perfectly. Now I can have the router on the counter between out kitchen and family room and the power cord plugged in behind the entertainment center out of sight!NOTE: the Google Wifi (older) uses a standard USB-c plug, but the Nest wifi (newer) uses the 1.35mm x 3.5mm barrel connector

Simplify and improve the appearance of a DVR system installation
This cable is helping me reduce the amount of power adapters, power bars, cabling and installation appearance.I built 3 of these kind of cables by soldering the wires, it is really not worth the time since these are available. I am happy I don't need to that stuff anymore.

Perfect extension cable to power the Google Nest Mini in far places!
This extension cable works perfect with the 14V 1.1 A charger of a Google Nest Mini (Google home mini second generation). The connection is snug on both ends of the 1.35mm x 3.5mm barrel plug connector.I had to cut the cable to extend it even more, no issue when soldered back correctly, looks great on my Skylights!* For anyone concerned aesthetically the cable has a light grey text printed on the entire length.

Doesn't work
Bought this for my exterior home security Camera which took a lot of effort and time to install only to find out the Y splitter only lasted an hour. I found that my Camera feed stop loading/working even though the indicator light on the actual Camera was lit. I started to check the review on this product to which I found another person who has the same issue as me where the splitter will actually get too hot. Heat= High resistance resulting in adequate voltage supply therefore the camera not working as intended. The only fix is to wire it directly without splitting the wire.
