I purchased this for my nephew thinking That I’d of loved this as a kid, he likes dinosaurs I like dinosaurs we’re just a merry family of dinosaur lovers, I’m getting a second mortgage on the house so I can help fund bringing velociraptors back form extinction just so I can ride it down to the supermarket, or ride it into battle whichever I’m feeling on the day.Anyway it arrived and my nephew opened it and switched it on and I was kind of disappointed in comparison to what the photos showed, it still looked pretty cool but just wasn’t as good as what i expected.Richard Attenborough wouldn’t be getting to excited about it but for a 6 year old kid it’s pretty cool.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this for my Dinosaur mad nephews, aged 6 and 4. They absolutely love it, it's a really fun nightlight to have in their room. The detail surprised me with how good it was, it's also nice and sturdy so hopefully won't get knocked and broken like so many kids things do! The remote also works at a decent distance, so it can be turned off by parents if they want to when the boys are asleep, or turned on by the boys from their beds.There are lots of settings to play with - that provided lots of entertainment as well, and I think as a 'useful but fun' present it's a great idea for young boys. Dinosaurs seem to be the thing they are all mad for!

I ordered this for Christmas for an Autistic nephew who loves dinosaurs - but as I went to wrap it I noticed that the box contained a UNICORN not a dinosaur, so I contacted Amazon who said return it for refund and re order, which is all well and good but would have left me without a gift for him at Christmas. The supplier stepped in and sent me a replacement straight away and told me to keep the Unicorn. Now this is what you call customer service and I must give Kudos to them for making my Nephew very happy. As to the lamp itself, it can be either usb or battery powered, and when taken out of the box does look a little cheap and nasty, but really comes into effect in the dark. so 5 stars for the product and 10 stars for the Customer service, thank you XEUYUTR
