Compression Shorts Men - Impact & Compression Shorts with Carbon Athletic Cup

I got myself a pair of these after trying several other protectors for Longsword Fencing. We spar and compete with blunt steel longswords at full speed and strength, so protection is required and paramount to success. I had been recommended other solutions, like padded pants and separate cup, but these just checked all the boxes, so I decided to give them a try.I'm happy to report they are extremely comfortable. I'm 5'6", 160lbs, and got a medium to fit over my boxer/briefs. They fit like a glove and stayed in place for a full hour of sparring. At one point I took a shot to the hips, which I definitely felt, but it was directly on top of the pad, so I had no bruising whatsoever. Usually a shot like that would leave a good bruise, but with these shorts it wasn't even sore. Definitely worth it to add to your tournament and sparring kit, I'll probably get a second pair soon.

Using for baseball 14 yr old sliding and catcher. Admit I didn't like the jump in price from competitive brands so I went thru most competitive brands with 14 yr old son. This one worked across board, the others had failures. Well padded yet no limit on mobility, especially like tailbone protection and front thigh protection for catcher. Competitors either limited mobility or the padding was too thin for sliding or thrown ball protection as catcher. These shock doctor pants hold cup in place in right spot, competitors moves around sometimes hindering play not sure all kids want to address this issue with parents and suffer thru. Do a favor get them quality, ShockDoctor is quality.

There is a small tailbone protector made of a thin foam, I wish there was more coverage there, hips have a bit more protection with what feels like a harder plastic layer over them, the thigh pads are similar to the tailbone. Most comfortable cup, I have ever worn. Very breathable and easy to move in, great for sports, other than cycling where you might want something a little tougher.

I wear these shorts (without the included cup) for mountain and trials bicycle riding. The support is unlike any other I own, in a good way. The 'support' portion is ergonomically correct and provides great support without crushing. The padding portion is an outer layer that is not tight but also not sloppy. To summarize: Perfect support and padding that moves with me but is not constricting in any way. I found myself wearing these more than I thought I would so I ordered another pair so I would have clean shorts without washing them every week.I only include the photo because I am wearing the shorts under another more modest pair. Great quality shorts. XL Fit great not too tight, I'm 6'2" 225 38" waist on tape measure, wear 36" size pants. Pads are not real thick, just right for active sports and breath well in the Florida heat. . If your looking for major protection you might want something else. I'm going to be wearing these under my motocross pants that have additional hip pads. Cup is not noticeably uncomfortable and will add additional protection if needed.

I Wear a Size 42 Pants, so I was Worried these would Be Too Small. To My Surprise the XXL Fit Me Perfectly as Does the CUP!!!! I Wear this while Riding my KTM250SX Motocross Bike. After a Ride (Just for the Hell of IT) I Left them On ALL DAY & They Weren't Uncomfortable AT ALL!!!! + This Could SAVE a VERY IMPORTANT Part of Your Body!!!!!

Needed it for a paintball game cup was uncomfortable but no cup is comfortable to me. Make sure you get the right cup size mine was a little small but it’s fine because it covered the whole steam which is what matter to me all in all I got my moneys worth out of it an the protection was top tier against the paintballs.

I’m a beer league low level player and a youth hockey volunteer coach. I was looking for a little protection while coaching as well for stick and luck session when I didn‘t want to Skate in full gear. These pants are perfect for both. The pants fit nicely under my sweat pants with out making them too tight. The built in cup is much more comfortable that the one I had been using which was built into a pair of Compression shorts. Speaking of compression these pants at just the right amount. In addition to all this they dry very quickly after washing. I will be ordering a second and third pair.

These are great. They fit very good, not too tight but they also don't slide off or ride down over time. I put these over my baselayer and they are comfortable and breathable. I use them for skiing and they have saved me a few times now. Fell once without protection and did a number on my hip, but with these on, no problems at all. Definitely would recommend for men skiing recreationally even if you think you're invincible. These will save you a needless injury.

Work and fit great. Good protection for dirt biking. Not too bulky.

Nicely made, good fitting product. I expected more protection for the tail bone. I was hoping to use it for hockey. Too bad. This looks like a great piece of protection gear. Going to return it, and will look for something with more tailbone protection.
