LifeSmart Indoor/Outdoor Single Port Air Cooler

This thing is loud, period. That said, that is the only draw back. I wouldn't buy it as my only source of cool air if I lived somewhere sweltering, up here where it stays pretty comfortable all summer this was perfect to off set the couple of hot weeks here and there. It is energy efficient, it dropped the temperature significantly and when turned up it is a nice little mister.Pay attention to the suggested room sizes, because it really only suits the room sizes they recommend. It is also a little heavy, perfectly easy for me to move around but could be an issue for those with lifting restrictions.I love that it doesn't have any crazy whirling parts exposed and is heavy enough that kids can knock it over easily. Worse case scenario they get to close and ended up getting slightly damp or they mess with the nobs and your carpet ends up slightly damp.All in all a good little device. I recommend turning it on in a room for a while before you go hang out there. Let it cool things down first on high, then you can keep it on the lower setting to maintain.

I was not a fan of this unit when I first received it and in fact sent it back for a replacement. When the replacement didn't work either, I started wondering if it was operator error. I read Mercedes M's review and tried the cooler again but tightened up the water cap as tight as possible and voila, the unit works as promised. It's awesome in the dry climate where I live. I deducted one star because of how loud the unit is.

it does blow cooler air, but it's not an air conditioner. followed the directions I noticed the air got a little cooler the longer the machine was on, however this is nothing like an air conditioner.

The product stated that it was indoor or outdoor use. Unfortunately to get the product to actually blow cold air it spits out water the entire time soaking everything inside the house. Thoroughly disappointed with this product. Had to go out of the country, upon returning I realized that my wife never returned the product before the 30 day expiration. Snow I'm stuck with a faulty product unfortunately. Would not recommend this product to anyone. Unless you want everything they own soaked just to get a little bit of cool air.

I had planned on using this in my bedroom, but when I turned it on the pump sound was just too loud. It also can be a little complicated adjusting the controls to get the most cooling.

Had to sent it back because the mist of water stop spraying less than a day later. Also vibration was too loud for my liking. I believe the compressor is too weak to work well in my opinion.

Does not work at all. Again as everyone else says, it spurts water mainly, airflow is cool for 2mins, then blows like a noisy fan. I will be returning this trash.
