OMG💥🙀👍🏼👌🏻💪🏼This is undeniably and totally a fabulous agility ladder. First of all let me say that the customer service are great & extremely helpful. Ask them anything and they will respond to you as soon as possible. Not only did they send me a link to the Agility ladder e-bk, their video on you tube but, also cone drill workouts to be done pre or post to using the ladder. I used it for the 1st time today at the gym.i did only 4-5 diff.wkouts & it was Awesome. The ladder itself is great, sturdy,easy to unfold & fold. Also the cones wkouts will make u sweat. Please,don't purchase from anyone else. U won't regret it. This Agility ladder will definitely enhance my running & my endurance. I'm purchasing more as gifts. I'm going to read the e-book & watch the videos more thoroughly. So, I can do the wkouts correctly w/speed, agilty, to increase my upper & lower body strength.

Love this item already. I had purchased planning to let my husband use for training our 6 year old for better coordination and control for soccer but see that it will be awesome for tball, soccer and basketball training as well. So glad I went with this company because not only did I get the ladder but also the other free stuff along with it. The cones will come in handy. My husband is going to coach now too so we plan on incorporating it for the whole team. My son and I were already practicing with it and it definitely is a challenge, so this is exactly what I want. I can see this is going to help him with control of his feet and definitely work on his coordination on the field, and in the gym. I used this on hardwood floors with no real problems with it moving anywhere as we practiced with it so far. Definitely would order from this company again. Shipping and delivery were amazingly fast. I ordered it after one soccer game and it arrived before the next weekly soccer game....so it literally took two days I think to get to my house. The company also followed up to make sure I was happy with the product. Excellent company service.

This product is as great as it is convenient to deploy for usage. I workout at a small gym and have wanted to focus more on agility rather than strength training. The gym does not really have the space or equipment I need. The bundle is great! The gym does not have an agility ladder and the entire bundle fits in my gym bag which allows me to use the bundle at the gym or even at home. The cones are great for footwork and the ladder has really helped and is made very well, as there are so many drills I can do without taking up too much space at the gym. I would recommend this product to everyone who is looking to step it up as we tend to focus on other areas and less on agility. The seller was awesome and provided a great product! Thank you.

Haven't used it yet but thought I would clear the air about some of the negative reviews.First, EVERYTHING arrived as advertised and in a timely fashion. The ladder appears to be made of sturdy material with adjustable rungs. Someone had complained that they moved about. They don't move all that freely and they are designed that way so that you can adjust the intervals.Second, many complained about the lack of the e-manual. It's in the confirmation letter the manufacturer sends you, all you have to do is download it and the print if you want, I did. It's not very long and it does come with a link to a video. Speaking of which, if those that complained about no book had taken the initiative to Googled agility ladder drills you would have gotten 417,000 hits in less than a second, plaenty there for you. Then there's YouTube which has more videos than you could look at in a week.Third was the complaint about the flimsiness of the cones. Yeah, okay...I get it. They are not that sturdy but hey, they are not designed to be traffic cones, just markers to do shuttle runs for which they are adequate.The lack of the fifth star is due to the fact that I think the product could be improved just a teensy bit with the addition of some Velcro straps to help keep everything a little better organized in the bag. I gave the company my feedback on that.I was looking to get a ladder and cones separate, but here it was all in one package with a carry bag to boot. Net result? I would recommend this product for anyone looking for an agility ladder.

"Our agility ladder is great! I put it out in the living room as soon as it came and the kids "played" for over an hour the first day. We just had a big blizzard here and the kids were off school for a week. When they came in from sled riding they ran back and forth on the ladder and did the drills in the ebook. It was a great way to keep active even indoors!My older son is 14 and he wrestles, he is not the quickest guy in the world but he and I could see a difference in his feet after just a couple days drilling on the ladder.I am pleased with the product - we have used it a lot and we will continue to use it especially as the weather begins to warm up; outdoors we will also be able to use the cones. The product is durable and looks like it will stand up to a lot of wear and tear."

This ladder is great. Very durable. It has cones that will assist you in measuring the distance for short sprints. It has a training ebook that provides you with beginner, intermediate, and advance work out. I use this ladder as a warm up for prowler push, hill sprints, and track sprints. I use it on grass as well as a pavement. Make sure to foam roll before and after because you will be sore. Overall, this product is great. It comes with a bag that helps organize and small small enough that it will not take much space.

Die mit gelieferten Hütchen sind auch voll in Ordnung so dass man ein individuelles Training damit machen kann

Good prompt service. The ladder packs away in a small bag and is easy to lay out on the floor. I bought this for my football mad 10 year old grandson and he loves it. I didn't pick up that it came with an ebook as the picture shows book, however after writing to the company they promptly responded and sent the link (which I had missed in a previous email!). I watched the tutorial which is excellent! Highly recommend.
