Surprisingly good!
So... reading the single one-star review available when I purchased these, I was quite dubious, but I've been on my low-carb pasta hunt for quite some time and want to try everything I can. So I bought it. I'm *really* glad I did. Here are the not-so-gory details:In the package: The big bag of spaghetti has two smaller bags inside it, and each of those has two more even smaller bags inside them. So all in all, there are four equal-sized, 7 oz., separately-packaged bags of noodles. One of these strikes me as a perfectly reasonable serving of noodles. Each bag is about 9 oz before you drain them, so you're actually getting 7 oz of noodles. They're ready to eat right out of the package, more or less, but I like my noodles warm, so I followed the directions on the package to microwave them, which went fine. The specifics on how I tried them:First, I had them with my SO's spaghetti sauce, which I hadn't had in a year (because it's *loaded* with carbs, and by the time you add pasta... it's just out my reach, carb-wise.) With the sauce, they were great, but to be fair, her sauce is amazing, and it outright dominated the dish. But that's okay, because I get to have her sauce again in a noodle-y context. In moderation. :)Second, I gave the noodles the "acid test" which (as you see in the photo) was to treat them like buttered pasta. Take them out of the package, drain them, rinse them, let them drain again *thoroughly*, maybe even pat them dry with a paper towel. Then microwave them for 2-3 minutes, depending on just how hot you want them and your microwave's wattage. Then apply room-temperature butter (so it will melt quickly without chilling the pasta, cold butter on pasta is a poor way to go, trust me), garlic salt, pepper, and parmesan to taste. You could add more, too, if you're a fan of parsley, hot peppers, etc.At this point, you have a dish of 0-cal, 0-net-carb, 0-fat, 0-protein noodles where you really only have to account for the butter and parmesan. Which, carb-wise, isn't much. And... yes, it was really *very* good. I was so happy, I can't describe it without sounding a little nutty, because it's been a very long time since I enjoyed a dish like this. Anyway, yum!Was it perfect? No... after all, it's not wheat pasta and that's the ultimate benchmark, but I found it amazingly and satisfactorily close in a buttered pasta role. There's a little bit of lime flavor which I could do without, but that's pretty minor, or at least, once it's drowned in butter, garlic salt, parmesan and pepper, it is. My guess (and I emphasize that this is a *guess*) is that the lime is in there either as something to preserve the noodles, or perhaps as some kind of antagonist for the yam flavor. Nope, couldn't taste anything even remotely similar to yams, either.Texture: I'd say it's just a little chewy, pretty strong on the "al dente" side of the pasta scale, but again, no problem for me.I'm delighted. Will be buying more, and I'm happy to share my experience here. Particularly in light of that intimidating first review. It's definitely worth a try if you're craving low-carb (0-net-carb!) (0-gluten, 0 cal, 0 fat, etc.) pasta.By the way, if you check my other reviews, you'll see I'm not in the least reluctant to call a bad product out. This is *definitely* not a bad product. Kudos to the makers.

Worst texture I've ever experienced
This pasta had no flavor(which is a good thing) and had a lot of pasta for what I was expecting HOWEVER the pasta had the worst texture I've ever experienced. It was soggy and would not stop secreting liquid and at the same time it was crunchy????? This pasta was so weird. Another thing about it was the fact that it took real effort to break the pasta apart. I'm happy I bought this just so nobody else had to but then. I will never ever ever even think about buying this crap again.

I am blown away!!
I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t expecting much from these noodles when I purchased them. I’ve tried every brand imaginable and they all taste strange, the texture is off, and they smell terrible. These are very different. I would say the presentation of the noodles is more similar to ramen noodles rather than spaghetti like the picture shows, but that’s very easy to forget about when your digging into a meal you’ve missed for a long time. Make sure to rinse them off really well as per the instructions, and you will barely be able to tell that they aren’t real noodles. They don’t have a taste, the texture is very similar to real noodles, and they hold up very well in sauce. I’ve only made spaghetti so far, but I can tell these would taste great in a alfredo or pesto sauce too. I’m thinking of trying to make home made ramen with them next! If you’re on a keto diet, or even just trying to cut down on calories when it comes to pasta dishes, these are a fantastic alternative. I’m super excited I found these!

Would not buy again
These had an odd smell and flavor to me. I could not get past the texture; it was like chewing on rubber bands. Was pretty disappointed.

Keto Review
If you have a keto lifestyle and are looking for a pasta substitute this is a very good option. I will admit that the spaghetti noodles are fairly soft. It reminded me of those oodles of noodles ramen noodles but even a tiny bit softer. They definitely are not as firm as the noodles that are made of hearts of palm. But these noodles have lower carbs than those types of noodles which is a plus! The flavor is super mild and takes on whatever sauce you mix with it. The noodles serve their purpose. I will buy them again! 😊

Game changer!!
I’m cutting carbs and the thing I miss the most is ramen. As soon as these were delivered, I ordered spicy tonkotsu broth and chashu pork from my favorite ramen place and subbed the wonder noodles. I am so happy and FULL!!I rinsed the noodles first (did not notice any fishy aroma as some have mentioned), nuked them solo for 1 minute, then poured the broth into the bowl. They have no flavor but the mouth-feel is the closest thing I’ve come to noodles used in ramen in awhile. They remind me more of rice noodles than pasta made with wheat flour. I’m not sure how well they’d do with Italian style sauces but I don’t crave those much these days anyway. I may stick to Aldi’s soybean spaghetti to use in Italian dishes as those noodles are more like wheat noodles than these wonder noodles are. (Will note that I tried the soybean noodles in a ramen dish and I wasn’t happy with the result). So, I’ll use the wonder noodles in Asian dishes and soybean noodles for Italian. So happy!
