Reliable Pocket Knife with Classic Design
The Schrade Imperial IMP13L is an excellent pocket knife! The stainless steel blades are sharp, durable, and open smoothly. It has a nice weight to it and feels solid in the hand without being bulky. The classic two-blade design makes it versatile for everyday use, and the quality is impressive for the price. A great knife to carry daily or add to a collection.

This is a good knife, not a bad copy.
My second Shrade Imperial and I have three Case folders.I can not find anything wrong with this knife, although it is dirt cheap.I like it a lot.Fit and finish is not bad at all, very nice opening action with good kick at the end and guess what- no blade play. All my other classic folders do have a little blade play and this one doesn't.Good size too-full four finger grip and good, workable size blade.A medium, practical size knife over all.I thinned out they cutting edge ,as I always do with any knife, and this Schrade cut and sliced with great ease and was pleasure to use.The blade profile is just perfect-exactly like Case and maybe better than Buck in this category- very good precision in wood working and food prep. The steel doesn't rust and is very adequate for light and medium duty tasks.Overall the knife is eficient and well build, while the price is a joke.I would buy more but alredy have the most popular models from Buck and Case.

Beautiful, but...
I got this pocketknife for my hubby for his birthday, as he loves this brand. When he opened the box, the knife only says sharade on the blade, it's not stamped anywhere else. Okay, no big deal right. He folds out the knives easily, they aren't super sharp. Not a big deal, he loves honing his knives. The biggest issue is the blades are very flimsy, they move side to side. He said this brand never used to be this way, and he was pretty disappointed with the performance of the knife overall. It does fit in his pocket well though.

WHOA..THIS KNIFE IS.....
I got this knife not because I need another knife per say but because it's a neat super quality designed knife made in China. Not all Chinese knifes are poor quality some rank with the best out there. I wasn't expecting such a top-notch design. This knife rivals much higher priced pocketknives. The blades are easy to open are centered correctly, the scales are actually beautiful and have a mother of pearl look even though there not and have brass pins. I mean these really look high quality and have no gaps against the bolsters!!! Bolsters are secure and mirror polished. The blades are super sharp have no wobble and lock solid. They have a satisfying crips snap to them. the blade springs are solid, no play at all. You couldn't ask for more except an "EXTREMELY" low price which it has!! I haven't found anything to carp about this knife. Man, like it's gorgeous.

Great knife!
If you're looking for a no-frills well made knife then this is it. It doesn't feature brass liners but has brass pins. Mine arrived sharp and workmanship appears to be on spot. Truly a bargain for a knock around knife that can take a lot of abuse!

Good pocket knife
I bought this knife because it was inexpensive. I love Case knives but I always lose them eventually. This knife surprised me with its quality. So, with the only negative Is it’s made in China. I try not to buy Chinese, but it beats losing a $60. + pocket knife that I use roughly. Good knife. Well built.

Fantastic value, beautiful knife
Upon arrival, the clip blade touched the liner and the tip was pretty rounded off. I was able to put pressure on the blade and get it lined up, and took a fine file and strop to sharpen up the tip. The opening and closing was pretty rough in the beginning. I oiled and sharpened both blades, opened and closed it about 100 times, this helped a bunch. The fit and finish of the knife other than the two things I fixed, is great The scales are really nice with no gaps. Might be the cheapest AND best looking knife in my growing collection. This is the second Imperial I've bought recently. The IMP22Y sodbuster I got last month was flawless and only needed sharpening. My taste in folders has mostly been flipper, ball bearings and top shelf blade steel recently. It is nice to find such cool, simple knives for so little. The minor adjustments I made to this knife really made it a 5 star knife. The blade steel took a wicked edge and has held up well to carving wood. This knife's description is different from place to place but for the record....It has Stainless Steel liners not brass like the sodbuster, and the scales are pinned with Brass pins. Knife snobs and beginners alike should love it. This knife is an out-of-the-park home run.
