First ever controller that I bought for my switch, just in time for pokemon violet. It's been almost a week and I've played about 10 hours worth of pokemon violet and the switch still reads almost full battery so I'm certain battery life is great.If you have issues with this controller not wanting to reconnect to your switch, hit the reset button on the back of the controller, that did it for me.Also, if you're using it on PC, you'll need to plug it in via usb since it only works when wired on PC.The buttons feel slightly cheap-ish but very solid overall and the controller feels weighty and sturdy in the hands. I'd pay up to $30 for a controller like this, and I got it for $10, basically stole it. Highly recommend

Need a good controller that has amiibo features and others? Did your child break the only controller with amiibo features in the house and now you have 4 angry kids? Well look no further! This controller works with amiibo cards or the other amiibo things, it's not expensive, and we received it within 2 days! Setup is easy to do, and comes a little charged already so you can hook that bad boy up and let the kids play games! It comes with a type C charger cord also! Overall great controller for the price and does what it says. Would recommend!

I ordered this controller because I wanted a controller to use to scan amiibo cards into my Switch without having to take the console off of the base. The controller itself actually works very well, however, it won't scan in my amiibos. I tried to scan several of my amiibos and it kept coming up that it couldn't read them, except for one time it found one of the characters after about five tries and then it couldn't find it again after that. They are all authentic amiibos made by Nintendo and I know they work because they were scanned into a different Nintendo without any problems. It might be because I have the cards instead of the figurines and it's not getting close enough to the nfc point to catch the transmission right, but I'm not completely sure about that. It's a nice price for the controller and otherwise it works well, but I think that the amiibo reader is probably a "hit or miss" part of the product. I think it's worth getting for the price if you don't really care if the nfc point works. I'll probably end up buying another controller with an amiibo reader in it and put this aside as a backup controller.

There is a lot to like about this Switch controller, and it has become my favorite way to play the console. The thumb-sticks are incredibly smooth, to the point that I almost thought they were broken the first time I used the controller, but they are certainly not. They are very responsive. The controller feels very well made, and has a nice heft to it. Additionally the face buttons, d-pad and triggers all have a great amount of feedback to them, and have the perfect amount of resistance. I have not noticed any input lag with the controller and it has worked great with every game I have tried the controller with. The whole controller feels and plays great.Another bonus is that the battery life is great, I have not had to recharge the controller since I purchased it.The one negative that I have with the controller is that the controller can not wake the Switch up from its sleep mode. To me, being somewhat lazy, this is an issue because it forces me to wake the console up from the console itself, when I would much rather be able to wake the console up from the comfort of my couch, and just leave the controller next to my couch.Overall, I am very happy with the controller, and it has certainly exceeded my expectations!

Controllers seem great, USB-C, good ergonomics but they fail in the most important thing, actually working wirelessly with a device. I read the included directions multiple times went through the process stated in the manual and connected via Bluetooth, but the nothing except a constantly flashing LED (what the manual states as ‘waterfall’). My devices (multiple in fact, spanning Android Windows and iOS) show them as connected via Bluetooth but no button presses register on the device.I bought two and they both exhibit this problem. I’m no slouch when it comes to technical things and I was able to get them to work when connected via the USB cable so I know the devices can physically work. I bought them for the wireless capability though so these are essentially expensive paper weights.Caveat Emptor — it’s a crapshoot whether the controllers you buy will actually work. Why risk that?

Connected straight to the switch in pairing mode. My 3 year old found it easier to hold than the normal remote. Works the same as the normal remote (buttons in the same location/ orientation etc.)

A beautiful pro controller it feels very nice to hold the button press feels good the vibration the motion control the NFC compatibility it all works for a budget controller it's awesome please look at the back of the box for info on first time connection to Nintendo switch console

The controller disconnects when the switch is falling asleep (when the brightness lowers as a sign that it is almost going to sleep). The controller doesn’t work to wake up the switch. You need to use the buttons on the console itself and then reconnect the controller by holding down the home button.

Works a treat and holds charge for a long time. Great value for money.

Bought as a spare and has never connected to my switch despite being connected by cord. Followed instructions and reset many times. Terrible!! 😣 Shame because controller feels great
