I didn't think this would make much a difference for my skin tone. I was wrong. I barely have any discoloration in my under eye area but when I put this around my eyes - my whole face looks brighter! It helps with tired and discolored eyes. It's got a slightly refreshing, tingly feeling upon application. It's smooth and absorbed quickly. No scent. My eyes stay hydrated. It leaves my face a bit sparkly but in an elegant way.

It is somewhat hydrating, but tingles a bit which I did not expect. I was hoping it would be more of a daytime, eye cream, but it was not an ice cream.
