As Fast As Words Could Fly Paperback – Picture Book, August 1, 2018

I was not familiar with this story. It’s fantastic and my daughter loves it.

It was beneficial in teaching my son about segregation and why it was wrong. It also helps him understand that we should be kind and caring to everyone. Also, to never give up and to stand up for what is right.

My 8 year old son loves this book. It is a great way to start a conversation about racial inequality and what perseverance is.

This book is a family favorite. My 8-year-old son chooses it often and gets very angry on Mason’s behalf. We love all the realistic details.

Fantastic book- my 8 year old’s favorite. They’ve listened to it over and over online with Storyline Online and I finally decided to just buy it. Fantastic message and well written.

My daughter asked for this book because they had read it at school. It is such a great book about fighting for what is right. It is based on a true story and is a great black history read that is sure to inspire.
