Bondi Sands Men's Everyday Gradual Tanning Foam

This tanner is a nice lights buildable tan. It smells great and drys quick. It also goes well with the dark normal bondi sands. I used it the morning after applying the dark to make sure I didn’t miss any spots. I would highly recommend this! Using this on my wedding day- and any day!

I have such white legs, that it will gradually give me a little color. I don't think they make enough of this to make me a sun-bronzed goddess. The mitt that is available makes it easy to apply without streaks and you can turn it over to get oopsies fixed.

I'm not sure how long "Gradual" Tanning is suppose to take but after 4 days of applying this foam twice a day I have seen no change at all in my skin tone. I have been putting it on my legs (from feet to thighs) because in the Winter time I wear pants all the time and my legs never get any sun and they turn white, so then when I put a pair of shorts to walk around inside they look scary white and I was hoping this would give me a closer color to my arms which are tanned. The foam goes on like theres nothing there, when you rub it in, its just gone. I'll update in a week.

Thin consistency that makes it suitable for building layers. Quick application that dries evenly and quickly. The smell is actually very good compared to other solutions we have used. Would recommend.

I applied this product every day for weeks with absolutely no result. Smells great and is very moisturizing, but did not darken my skin a bit.

I love Bondi Sands products—the fact that they are still manufacturing in Australia is amazing. The product has a great masculine scent to it but unfortunately, that smell quickly dissipates and you’re left with the typical “fake tan” smell. The pump on the item I received was faulty so hopefully that’s not a commonality with this product. I also didn’t like the fact that once pumped, it very quickly turned from foam to liquid. I honestly didn’t notice a huge color change after applying it but this is supposed to be a gradual daily tanner and I already had a decent tan from being outdoors.

I wasn't quite sure if I would like this given the mixed reviews but I have used it twice now and actually do find that is does the job. The smell is great, very men's cologne-y but ok for a woman as well since it dissipates fairly quickly. The foam comes out very "dry" and takes some getting used to but as the warmth of your hands softens it it skims across your skin pretty easily. The first coat, which I applied before bed, just gave me a kiss of color, just kind of a healthy look, not all that tan. The second coat was more than enough to get a tan effect. It does play a little orange on my face but I have yet to find a tanner that doesn't so that didn't surprise me. I may just stick with one coat and let that be fine for me until it wears off then do another coat. It's good as far as self tanners go, I like it a lot.

Yes, this stuff smells like men's cologne. That doesn't really bother me because I use it at home and the scent fades quickly enough. It comes out like a mousse, super lightweight. In fact, a few times I have dispensed a "mousse ball" a few inches in diameter and it was so lightweight that it caught a breeze and rolled down my arm and to the floor! That was actually a little annoying, but it isn't that big of a deal. For the most part, I think this is a pretty great product. I used it sparingly at first because I was afraid of a weird or strong color developing, but it is very light. This isn't good for an instant deep tan. You have to build to the color you want, but for me that is preferable. I used it several days in a row and had the light to moderate color I wanted. I could have built to a darker color or held back to make it lighter. I love that control! Now I am using it every other day to maintain my color. As with other tanning products, it is advisable to exfoliate before using this. I am often lazy and don't do the necessary prep, but one reason I love Bondi Sands is that, since your color builds slowly, you have time to correct the color you see before it's too dark to fix. Oh, and another one of my favorite things about it is that it doesn't stain my hands! I suppose the mousse-like consistency is more easily washed off, so orange hands haven't been a problem. All in all, I think this is a fantastic (tantastic?) product, and probably my favorite I've ever used!
