Nothing compares
I’ve tried 3 different brands of compression post lipo/TT and this is the best. Material isn’t thick or thin but boy is it durable. At first I was shocked I could even get it on but once it’s up it’s so comfortable. Love the wide cut out in the groin so I can wear for multiple days with underwear underneath before washing. As a 5’4” gal it is a little long in the torso for me, so I get some rolling and folding at the top especially after a few days as it stretches. A little annoying but not a big problem. I weigh 154# and am a 6-8 pant and I ordered a M - perfect size for stage 2 at 6 weeks post op.

Perfect for post-surgery
This is Michael's wife by the way. This is pricey but I bought it during Prime day so it was cheaper. It's worth it! Has been so good for me after my abdominal surgery. The big band at the top is soft on the inside and all of the seems on the inside are flat so they don't bug your recovering skin/stomach. It's pretty comfortable. The hole in the crotch area is essential because post surgery it's pretty uncomfortable/hard/hurts to pull your compression garment up and down whenever you need to use the restroom. It also washes really well on delicate in the laundry machine. I'm very glad I found it!

Lifesaver after surgery
My surgeon recommended Marena products post reconstruction surgery (abdominal and inner thigh tissue removed and used to reconstruct breast after radical mastectomy). Compression is important to maintain as the surgical trauma heals so I needed to wear this day and night. I bought this one and a cheaper version to alternate and only this one was both supportive/compressive and actually comfortable. It’s also easy to slide on (well as easy as any compression garments can be), hugged but didn’t pinch and stayed put. It was mostly invisible under clothes. (The less desirable product pinched unpleasantly and was increasingly uncomfortable the longer I wore it, took some gymnastic skill to get on and off and had bumps and protrusions that limited my clothing choices.) So this is by far the superior product and worth the extra money in my opinion. Life isn’t all that pleasant after surgery so investing in something that makes it incrementally better is well worth it.

Good compression garment
It doesn't roll down and does the job. I took off one star for the fit. Their sizing chart should include options for different torso lengths and not just circumference. This is a little too long for my torso, which made it uncomfortable at the top.

Compression without the uncomfortable straps.
This was great for post surgery compression. I had others that had shoulder straps which were cutting into my underarms so I started looking for something without the straps and found this. I ordered two but wound up having to return one for a smaller size. The wider waist band helps keep it in place without it rolling down and I appreciate the wide opening for the the crotch area so I can use the bathroom easily. It's smooth fit doesn't show under clothing.

One of my biggest regrets
This product is just expensive for nothing, I can’t recommend it to anyone. The wist is so bad. It keeps rolling. I thought the wist could stick but nap, it kept rolling and very uncomfortable. I regret buying this product for all the amount. Again I cannot recommend it to anyone to buy it. If you guys I selling product so expensive like this let it be something comfortable for the customer to enjoy their money. I really regret.

Rolls and bunches on top just like all other compression wear
Initially this compression garment worked great! It was much better than what my surgeon provided, and was a welcome relief from the hook-eye and zippers of stage 1. But after about just 1 week of wearing it, the top started to fold over and bunch up. I had a hard time getting it to stay up the whole day, constantly needing to readjust it. (And yes, I had my exact measurements- done by my surgeon’s office- for ordering the right size.) The stage one at least had the support on the sides that helped keep the top from rolling or bunching. Such an expensive item for it to only work well for a week.

Just enough support
Using these after surgery to sleep in. So much more comfortable than the other thing I was wearing. I can finally sleep!!! Good compression, true to size, material is comfortable. Just enough support.
