Does not work
I recently purchased this item and installed it in my 2008 Toyota Avalon. The car has not been driven until recently as it has been under repair. This fan controller does not work and I can't return it.Unacceptable that companies don't stand behind the products they sell.

Helped fix the fans!
Item shipped and arrived quickly, unfortunately it did not fix the issue of slow fan speed. Time to check wiring to the fuse block.
