I liked the vitamins didn’t make me nauseous or sick, I did notice my health was getting better and I did notice some clarity but not a lot. Just wished I could take the 2 a day instead of one but due to the cost I couldn’t.

I honestly can't explain why but this product has helped me with excessive hair loss. I first used this product a couple of years ago, but I didn't equate that my hair loss was better because of it. So, eventually I stopped taking it and a few months later I started to notice that my excessive hair loss was back. This product was the only thing I had changed. As a ditch effort I thought I would give it a go again. Honestly, within a week I started to notice improvement. It's been many months and I'm still seeing improvement. I know this product makes absolutely no claim in regard to hair loss improvement. For whatever reason it works for me and I'm sticking with it. FYI it is kind of stinky.

I think they are working but the smell is yucky but it’s said things that smell bad works the best!! My stomach tolerates it so I’m going to continue use .
