My baby loves them
With a 155 lb Daniff/Corso mix, I need something that takes a minute to eat and isn't rawhide. These are great! They take a while to get through. I'll save the last bits, soak them in water, and microwave for a minute ish. They puff up and aren't such choking hazards but I still supervise.

Questionable
When I opened the bag, they had a weird, unnatural smell. I can’t really describe it, maybe a slight chemical or plastic smell? - It was not a good smell. They also broke apart into small sharp pieces pretty easily so I was only able let my dog have them briefly and then I had to take them away. I personally wouldn’t get these again for my dog. He is a strong chewer, however, so I guess it’s possible that the product might be okay for less aggressive chewers. I’ve bought other brands before and didn’t have this problem but it’s possible that my young dog is just chewing more aggressively than he used to. I haven’t bought any other ones recently so I don’t have anything to compare to currently. When I tried to make the puffs out of the pieces since he couldn’t have the chews in their regular form, I couldn’t get them to puff.I followed the instructions to a T, soaking, then microwaving. It didn’t work so I tried soaking a little longer, and longer. Also tried microwaving longer and longer…Ultimately, I ended up soaking one of the pieces for a whole week and microwaving it over and over for what ended up being like 10+ times the amount of microwave time it called for. I finally got the one little piece to semi-puff. It seemed like really simple instructions but maybe I was doing it wrong?

My dog loves them, but...
Got the 2 lb bag, and there were 4 huge sticks in it. My dog annihilated the first one, took him nearly 2 days. But he wouldn't touch the next one. Kept trying, to no avail. Tried changing it out for a different one.So what ended up working was breaking it into smaller chunks. And idk what the recommend way of doing that was, but nothing worked very good. Tried cutting with a knife, even slamming the knife onto it yeilded some small chunks... Tried a punch and hammer, and although it eventually cracked, it was only little hunks. What ended up working was some industrial large gauge cable cutters, oddly enough. But the pieces it made were not very consistent. Up next is the chop saw, but I don't imagine that's the best idea considering I'll lose a good bit of it to the blade...Fwiw, the smaller pieces were great, but short lived in the maws of our dog.

I didn’t think my dog would love these as much as he does!
The media could not be loaded. My little dog is obsessed with these. It took him maybe a month and a half to finish 1 chew and we just gave him a new one. He literally picks it up and takes it everywhere. He’s entertained for hours chewing on it.

Great value if you don't mind assorted sizes
Best price per oz I have found. The sizes very widely, see pictures. There is a picture of everything that was in the bag except 3 tiny 1-2 inch pieces that I puffed up in the microwave. There is also a picture of the largest piece and the smallest piece that I didn't microwave. I have an English Bulldog who is a power chewer. He plows through a thick 6inch bully stick in about 20 minutes. These cheese chews last a few days for the medium to large sizes with multiple chew sessions a day. When you compare dollars to time spent chewing, these are a fantastic value.

Disappointed in size of some of pieces
Disappointed is small pieces that were part of the bag. The small pieces were too small to give to my dog due to being a choking hazard. For the price, expected all would be chew treats

Moldy - Will be Returning
I received these today and was really happy to see that there were a lot of chews included in the 1lb bag, they are much less expensive than at the pet stores. However, when I opened the bag I could smell mold so I definitely will not be feeding these to my dogs and will be returning them. This is super concerning and disappointing, the expiry date is December 31, 2019 and they came in a sealed bag. To anyone thinking of purchasing these I would be very cautious and make sure you are checking for mold before feeding them to your dog.

Full of mold, under weighed
So aside from the mold, with two orders, they are often under-weighed. Make sure you weigh your order, you're likely to find it under what you paid. A few ounces here and there is fine, but when it's over half a pound and you paid over $60 for 3, you'd be a bit angry too.Contacting Amazon about my issues with these orders have luckily been fruitful. They're pretty quick to offer either a complete replacement or a full refund and are not required to waste your time and money returning the gross moldy order. There was once another brand that sold Yak chews , they were AMAZING, high quality, consistant colouring and they didn't splinter or have chunks fall off for choking. They were also much cheaper than these ones. They disappeared and these guys took over with inferior quality products.I've been buying yak chews for my dogs for years, you get a sense of good quality yak chews versus garbage, this is garbage.

Proceed with EXTREME CAUTION
First off, the 2lb package the chews were in didn't really have any nutritional information or the ingredients printed anywhere, which right off the bat implies a possible fly by night operation. However, the chews looked fine, there was no mold or bad smell as previous reviews had complained about, and it had an expiry date well into the future. Since this was a product actually being fulfilled by Amazon, that gave it a little bit more weight and trust in my mind. If Amazon were going to put their neck on the line, I figured it should be good.Apparently I was WRONG.Despite closely monitoring his consumption of the chew, my Australian Shepherd began to get sick. We immediately permanently removed said chew from his reach when we noticed a problem, but he is still getting progressively sicker and now may require an emergency vet visit. In the end, it wasn't worth the risk. I'm paying for it, but most of all, my dog is ultimately paying for it and needlessly suffering after all I was trying to do was make his life a little big more enjoyable.

Ok, but proceed with caution
I was worried when I saw the other reviews about mould on these, but I figured I'd give them a try because my boston puppy goes through these so fast (he drops them on the floor, they break and then are too small to safely chew) and at $15 ea in the pet store...that adds up.The main difference I see between these and the more expensive ones is the packaging. The package for these is just a sealed plastic bag with a silica packet and is not airtight. I'm not surprised some people have found mould and bugs. That said, the ones I received were ok in this respect, however I think they are a bit dirty. I imagine they are not stored or shipped on the same way we'd expect for human food (and want for our dogs).Bottom line: a lot of these chews are totally fine, but some are not. Heed the caution of other reviewers and inspect each one carefully before giving to your furbaby. If you're not sure, send it back.

Quality Varies - half of them are garbage or unsafe for dogs
Good size, dogs like them.Quality Varies - half of them are garbage or unsafe for dogsThere are some good ones - that dogs can grind and slowly eat over time of several days. Some unsafe - plastic-like ones that turn white when chewed and breaks/shatters into small sharp particles that cut my feet if I step on them and potentially could damage dogs internally when swallowed.and some bad - darker coloured molded ones - pure junk.So out of 10, I got 3 or 4 at the most.Is it still worth the money since it is at bulk price? Maybe. Will I buy again? NO
