Will this hold a 4x3 badge? What is the size?

It holds a credit card size badge. I currently have my work ID (size of a credit card), my door key (size of a credit card, but thicker) and a card that comes with it so the pieces fit snug and won’t fall out. About 2 1/4 x 3 1/2.

Could I store business cards in it?

Yes you could put several types of cards in it. I have my building access card, my id, my credit card in mine. So a few business cards shouldn't be a problem but the are smaller. Could be a little difficult to get them out of the holder but you could probably figure that out.

will a badge scanner read badge?

Yes! I have two proximity badges. I can read both by flipping sides without removing any of the IDs.

Love this product/ Game changer

Purchased this for my husband. Very sturdy and easy to use. Seems indestructible which is what I was looking for. He Absolutely loved it. Now I have to order a few more for other employees he works for which I find funny.

Great badge/ID holder. Super secure and durable.

I have one of these I bought about 4 years ago, it is still going strong.One of Admins who works for me has lost her ID badge twice because of broken ID holders, and it is $25 for the first replacement, $50 for the second and then goes to $250 for a third one;; yup it’s kind of punitive.Anyway, I didn’t want her having to fork out money again, so I bought her one of tjese. She loves it, and I’ll bet she is done losing IDs.

Great solution for Key Card, ID Badge and Transit Pass. (all in the same unit).

Pretty happy with this purchase. This product is way better than the plastic "zip-lock" top sleeve my office provides for free. The cost is not too bad and in my opinion is a way better value than the free one from the office that was constantly needing to be replaced or jeopardizing losing key cards, ID badges and transit pass. Highly recommend this version or the belt clip version. It works well with key card readers and transit card readers.
