Colors are exactly as described. We did not check out the glow factor on the bat rings. I was really disappointed in the size of the rings; they’re def made for really little fingers. The ring edges are unfinished and kind of jagged, so if your little has fat fingers, or older kids want to wear these, the ring cuts into the skin and is not comfortable to wear.

Used these for Halloween instead of candy.
