Grew up eating yellow corn grits. Was hard finding it in some local grocery stores. Glad I found it here...and in a 3pk.Good stuff, good taste, good quality for price.

I have always used white grits but these yellow grist are so good. I used part water part half and half. Add a little shredded cheddar on top and you’ll be hooked.

Very GOOD!
I like these Grits, Slow cook and they are tendeand very good. I would give them a 5 but the price is high. So I am looking at some other Grits to try and compaied them too.

I realize that purists never deviate from stone ground grits, but I could never get them to a consistency that was palatable.Tried grinding them in a spice grinder, pre soaking, using a slow cooker, etc. Always came out sandy, and just not to my tastes.So I gave Dixie Lily a shot, and have been very pleased ever since. Quick, easy, and I get the creamy texture that I'm looking for, with just enough bite at the end.Can experiment with grits, water, and cooking time to get the results that you prefer.Favorite way is salt and butter, with a couple over easy eggs on top. Come in with toast or a biscuit to mop up.A++++++++
