I love these little brushes. They are smaller than what I thought I was buying but they are super useful. It is hard to find (leastways for me) good brushes that will make small intricate marks without the hairs spreading out in the way. These work great and I am glad that I bought them

I'm adding watercolor sketches to my homemade cards and quickly realized the old paint brushes I have are not right for watercoloring. The beautiful wood handles of this inexpensive set caught my eye - they are beautiful. I used them yesterday for the first time and I am very happy with my purchase. They feel sturdy with a nice weight to them. The brush strokes are coming out on paper exactly how I want them to. The paintbrushes are numbered on each handle which helps when deciding which size brush head you want to use. The only negative was during my 90 minute painting session yesterday, one of the bigger brushes lost a tiny bristle and I had to carefully pull it from my painting. This happened a lot with my older brushes, so I wasn't upset with it happening just once during my practice time, especially at this price. I was gentle with them during clean up to make sure no more bristles came loose and they cleaned up nicely. I would buy these again.

Brushes work great for non fine line mini painting. The points hold up well and they hold plenty of paint and I've had no shedding or misshapen brushes . They won't replace my Kolinsky Sable brushes for fine line work and detail, but they are fabulous for everything else. For less than what I pay for one Kolinsky brush I got a pack of high-quality synthetic brushes that I can use for just about everything else. Even the larger brushes I've found myself using for work on bases. Will definitely be saving these to one of my lists for easy ordering again. Definitely worth the money.

Nice brushes

I have dozens of brushes, but these are the ones that I ALWAYS reach for. I love the pointed tips that give me great control. And they don't shed? And the low price? GREAT PURCHASE!
