Picture shows a way more mature plant, the one received was really small. Pictures also show 2 stems in pot, even Q&A section confirms there are two stems, the one I received only came with one. In addition, plant came with a damaged leave, not sure if it's an infection. Definitely disappointed with the results, I do not recommend, way overpriced for what I received.

I paid a good amount of money for this small plant but I wanted one so bad I was willing to spend the money. I was so anticipating a healthy green (maybe taller plant) but this is what came. The plant arrived with brown leaves with red spots and you could see it wasn't going to make it. I was so disappointed and the plant wasn't returnable. I really can't blame the grower, it travelled in a truck in the cold for several days before reaching me and I know now I should've waited until it was warmer to order it. The plant looked like it was a beauty at one point but I think the cold destroyed it's possibility to survive the trip.

Arrived very well packaged, and I have noticed, all boxes from American Plant Exchange have vent holes/ cutouts in the boxes. The plant looks healthy enough, and the height is as described. However I only received one stem with literally 6 leaves, some a little small, so nothing like the pictures, so a little disappointed.

The plant arrived looking wilted and tired. It has never improved. It’s been losing leaves since I purchased it. I even bought special fertilizer and it still looks pitiful. I’m super disappointed. I bought one from Lowe’s that’s 3x the size for less money and it’s healthy and growing new leaves!
