This finger tape is fantastic! I use this tape to help my stop biting my nails. I’ve been a nail biter since I was a child. About 3 years ago I was finally able to break the habit of biting my nails but sometimes I slip up. Especially at night time when I am laying in bed and trying to fall asleep and my anxiety kicks into high gear. I will bite my cuticles until they are bleeding which is really painful and gives me terrible self conscious issues due to the fact my cuticles are swollen and scabbed up. I’ve tried numerous different methods to aid in breaking this disgusting habit. I’ve tried paint on bite deterrent, which did not work for me. I needed something that I could wrap around my fingers that would prevent me from biting my nails because I would unconsciously bite my nails. Having these wraps has helped me break the habit. These specific tape will last the entire day. It does not leave sticky residue everywhere like most tapes do. I would really recommend this product to anyone who is trying to break this habit. I use it as a tool to break the habit and let my cuticles heal.

I have not used athletic tape for my fingers in years, decades really, and being a soccer goalkeeper recovering from a broken finger, I needed something to stabilize my joints. This tape does the JOB, man. It's sticky and strong, and it was easy to wrap around my fingers. I didn't try to tear it because it felt strong, so I just used scissors. The tape provided me far more support than I would have imagined, but it didn't keep me from flexing my digits enough to make saves. I ordered one 8-pack box to see if I liked it well enough, and after playing my first game all taped up, I literally came home and ordered three more boxes. I'll never play without securing my joints again. Can't recommend highly enough.

This tape has the perfect width for my (female) hands. The material is strong, the roll's thin design makes it easy to tape your fingers, and it is sticky enough to hold its place without being impossible to remove (no sticky residue left behind).Personally, this is not an issue for me, but for the sake of mentioning it, tearing it is not THAT easy. After I tape each finger, I have to bite where I want to tear the tape. If I try to just rip it, I end up making a mess of the tape instead.

I use these to tape my fingers and thumb when I play tennis. 3M tape that I used would always come off due to sweat, but it is flexible and comfortable. when I first use these tape, i didn't like because they are stiff and does not flex.Then I realized that I have applied the tape while my finger and thumb bent and then tape around as the finger extend, and then repeat. The tape is thin and contours to the fingers well and it holds up to the racquet abrasion and sweat well. I can go through hours without worrying about the tape moving, where as the 3M tape would slip off after 15-30 mins.

After over 16 years of Grip heavy Jiu Jitsu, finger breaks, dislocations, arthritis, etc my fingers pretty much require tape to be functional while I’m training. I’ve tried pretty much every kind of tape from the super super cheap to super expensive. This tape defintely checks off a bunch of the requirements I need from finger tape. First, easy of application. I can wrap up my fingers in maybe two minutes or so, tape is super easy to cut with your hands. Two, it stays on the entire session. I hate tape that falls off after the very first roll, this tape made it close to two hours of instructing and training with all of them in tact. And three mostly comfortable, when I initially put it in it feels great but when it has been on for awhile it bunches and digs into the fingers, not enough to bother me though. Overall a great purchase and definitely a tape of use many more times.

I bought this for my husband for jiu jitsu, it’s better quality than the medical tape. He wraps his fingers with it before he rolls and it lasts the entire time. It is skinnier than most finger tapes too so you are still able to move your fingers comfortably!

I train 3 days a week normally and started getting some finger stress. Been wrapping my middle finger and ring finger which has noticeably helped reduce the pain and get my range of motion in my finger restored. The first problem is that it doesn't tear well at all, to the point I might have to start keeping scissors in my Jitsu bag. The horrible tearing might be contributing to it not sticking well, sweat doesn't seem to matter but it gets peeled off from itself as the main issue.
