I used at my camp. To replace the 10 gallon mobile home electric water heater. My set up is a well pump pumping from a 50 gallon drum, that pumps into the main. I haven't had an issue with air, or flow rate. Only once in the 30 showers taken a error code came up. No error codes in the 1000's of times the sinks were ran. I just reset the power and it worked again. Super simple to use. Power, temp up and down. The water in the drum is around 60 degree's, and the water coming out of faucet on full temp will hurt. Saved money even if I only get a few years out of the unit.

We installed this unit to service a double sink vanity in our master bathroom. We have a gas fired, tankless hot water heater but it’s mounted on the opposite side of our house - near my kitchen. My wife and I for years would turn on our shower and come back in several minutes once the hot water finally arrived on the mater bathroom side of the house. This is less of a big deal when compared to the number of times we wash our hands in the sinks - especially in the middle of the night. We were sick and tired of rinsing our hands and brushing our teeth in cold water. This unit is sleek, compact and carries a punch ! It mounts very easily. Its temperature controller is easy, bright and straight forward. The build quality is solid. It takes 10 seconds to start to feel some warm water and in 20 seconds (total) the water is super hot. This is a very cool design. We’re pleased with this unit here in North Carolina. If your’e in the New England area you may need to up-size a little

Our need was lack of hot water to kitchen sink since house tankless is far from the kitchen. Concur with comments on expense of installation: Installation required an electrician to install 8 gauge, 40-amp, 240 volt service to the unit, plus a plumber to plumb the unit. For that reason, the actual purchase of the heater unit was the smallest part of the investment. The heater unit is very small and mounted easily in a tight space at the back of the sink cabinet, off the floor, out of the way, and unobtrusive-see photo. When initially connected and turned on, it failed with error code indicating replacement required, emailed service (no phone support)--surprised to get response back within the hour, confirming error and asking for original order number and shipping address. New replacement unit arrived on following Sunday, installed and good to go on Monday. So our experience with service was very good. After 4 months unit is still performing as advertised and we have constant hot water to kitchen sink in less than five seconds. We do have to remember to touch to reset if we have the power cut off but otherwise we finally enjoy hot water in the kitchen.

This is a very nicely made unit. When we first had it installed by our plumber and electrician, it worked for a day or so and then started showing an error code. The contact in the instructions is an email address, not a phone number. I had some trouble making contact. However, once a dialog began Ecotouch was very helpful and ended up sending a replacement unit. In the end, the unit is installed and working properly, and we are very pleased with their service. I only wish there had been a customer service number to call.

This tankless water heater was okay while it was working.. it heated water to a very hot temperature as long as the water pressure wasn't too high or too low. If you are running the water from the faucet too slow or fast the water heater will cut off. We had ours just long enough to not quality for a refund, when it completely quit working. We now have a different brand that works GREAT! We are able to run our water as fast or slow as we like and our new one will cut on to heat the water as soon as we turn on the hot water. It also keeps the water super hot for as long as the hot water is running! We love our new one! We will never purchase this brand again.

Unit works fine - but it show an error code (EF) when the faucet is turned off. The error code does not appear in the manual. The EcoTouch customer service responded right away with the following information. "The EF code means no water flow detected by system, so it shows anytime when you shut down the faucet. It matters if the system is heating well, or if it is not heating at all. If it heats up well, you could forget about it. If it doesn't heat up at all, it means the water flow sensor got stuck by loose partials in water." See attached video for instructions on cleaning the water flow sensor. The unit works great in all other regards and I would recommend it to others.

We installed the first one we received on our cabin. It worked great for one day then set an error code "EF". There is -0- information available online for these units and Amazon makes contacting the seller almost impossible. The seller offers very little information in English. We sent it back and got a second one. We've learned now that "EF" can indicate foreign material in the flow path of the unit so we put a new filter in line before the heater. The new unit also immediately set the "EF" error code but, so far (1 week) is still producing hot water. You may wonder why I'd even give 3 stars. The problem with this unit may be our water or our installation. We have no way to know. It's a good looking water heater slim sleek design and is making hot water. So there's that.
