Just put this up and loving it so far! Not sure why the suction cups are needed so not using them for now. This is a beautiful piece. I attached a pic of what we had before.... that thing was used for 15 years and took up a ton of room. As you can see, this product frees up so much space! If you can picture it in your mind, that other drying rack wad on the left side of the sink shown, so you can see how much space it took up. Now everything is more vertical than horizontal. The only drawback, and I knew this going in, was the window being obscured.... but I can still open the window and I can still look out the top :) the only other thing I'm confused about is where the hooks should go for maximum benefit. I'm not really liking one of my cleaning sponges dangling almost in the sink bit I can't think of anywhere else to put them. I love the produce basket. I had a big bowl sitting on my counter before and now I have tons of room!UPDATE 9/27/19: the hooks are great! I never paid attention to how many of my kitchen tools have holes! Onto the hooks they go.... and having my cutting boards right there, brilliant... love this thing!

Love this dish rack! Looks good and organizes my sink area. Easy to assemble and is sturdy .No regrets on this purchase.
