Hard to Install
Works great, easy assembly, looks good. Getting it to fit was a pain in the butt. Had to angle it every which way and just keep bashing it to get it past the roll bars. Maybe a video of the install on the 4door would have helped?

I have a 2014 Unlimited Rubicon. I just finished Installing. Its very solid once installed. The anchors on the top are very substantial and all the hardware seems to be high quality (time will tell) The coating seems to be very good, I inspected the edges and there didn't appear to be any chipping or peeling. The gaskets appear to be a high quality silicone not cheap foam. Something I didn't know is that the front plate that sits behind the back seat has around 3 inches of space between the seats and plate. I actually like that, Its the perfect spot to store my soft top windows when I have the top down and keep them secure. I also have other items there that aren't worth stealing but are convenient to keep in the vehicle. The plate uses the front floorboard swivel anchor bolts to hold it down (not the most secure) but they give enough room around the lip for them to still swivel and perform their job. The rubber mat on the floor board will either have to be cut back or rolled up like I have it. If you look around the role bar plastic molding I will tell you its a very tight fit and once you slip the back under the rear trunk "framing" it actually kept the front up about 5 inches when I first slipped the back in. You will need to use a little force to push the top down and align the bolt holes with the front plate. This caused because the rubber gasket does create a tight seal. Again overall I'm extremely pleased and it perfectly suits what I need it to do.

If I get shot at I'm climbing into my new trunk...
It's a monster; that's pretty much the bottom line. Construction is very sturdy, i feel like it is perfectly capable of stoppin small caliber rounds...With regards to packaging, when it arrived the only thing more impressive than the packaging was the enclosure itself! Very well packed! Everything was where it belonged and in great shape.Assembly was relatively easy although the illustrations in the instructions leave something to be desired. (slightly different instructions can be found on the Tuffy website than what came with the package but they're equally lackluster).Install is easy, even for one person, though some lifting and "massaging" is required when you're trying to do this as 1 person. That said, anything more than occasional removal will be a major pain; don't expect this to make bringing lumber home from the hardware store easy.Once it's installed this thing is impressive, hands down. The largest gap in the space it encloses is about .25 inches by 3 inches. The seals around most of the edges add a nice touch and the fit and finish are wonderful.Highly recommend!PS: Do note that if you have power locks the door controls get disabled 10-15 seconds after you lock the doors if you do it with the keyfob (verify on your own if you want, just roll the windows down or sit in your jeep, hit lock on the keyfob, and wait for the red LED on the dash to stop flashing quickly. Then try your door buttons to unlock; they won't work.). This means that even with your windows down, or doors off (or windows broken...) there is no way to get into the space this encloses without a key... or a blowtorch... Brilliant.

read product description & product number very carefully. got wrong item in error due to product description confusion
I thought I was buying the lifting lid version. This lid doesn't move. Installation isn't a smooth fit over seat belt plastic area. had to force it down and scuff up my interior. good news is it isn't going anywhere. Bad news is its promoted as easy to remove for larger items. Not something you can take out easily and put back in easily. it serves its purpose. Somewhat frustrated, because delivery marked wrong by shipper initially than I was warned check product before signing. it was 65lbs in a plain box so basically bullied into keeping as I couldn't check it and had to drive to a parking lot to accept delivery because of the size of deliver truck and my home (nothing with me to check product) Even the Tuffy catalog misrepresents which item you are buying. They show the pictures of the lifting lid with no pictures of non lifting lid just a part number within the lifting lid description. Bottom line getting the lifting lid for $100 more would have been much better. it is pretty secure and I love the clamps to secure items on top of the enclosure.

Safe, sturdy, and very useful enclosure!
The Tuffy enclosure was easy to install, the hardest part was lining the edges with the protective foam lining. The enclosure allows us to cruise with the hardtop off and not have to worry about theft or damage to items which would normally be exposed to the elements or people. I also like having the additional layer in the back end of the jeep when packing for our camping and road trips, it makes the pace more usable and prevents items having to be stacked on each other. The only downside is this effectively cuts your capacity for larger items in half but that's not a big deal for us personally. Great product, well made, highly recommend it.

Solid, but little lacking on manufacturing QA/QC
Nice and sturdy, solid. My only complaint is that I had to grind one part to get bolt holes to line up properly. You shouldn't have to do these things to products that cost this much. Luckily I have tools and was able to do, you however may not. Keep that in mind - you may have to return it if you end up with parts like mine.

Will not fit freedom tops unless you modify the mounting holes.
There is one flaw with this design. The freedom tops do not fit. I had to fabricate new mounting tabs for the 2 floor mounts. Once I did this this item was perfect and now fits the freedom tops that everyone has. Seems like this could of been a lil more thought out. Clearly this designer does not own a jeep wrangler and doesn't realize that everyone needs to store there tops with in the jeep in case it rains. Also there is 2 more inches available in between the rear seats and the enclosure on the unlimited. They should change this design immediately to accommodate the freedom tops.

Solid product- great option to be able to lock things when the doors and top are offOnly issue- harder than expected to install. It will be staying in even when hard top is on.
