Was a gift. Very high priced for just the name.  I purchased it for the person who asked for it.  If it was for me I would have purchased a different one that is less costly.

    No Support - Noticeable Tilt

No support in holding the bird upright.  It's neat that the device is collapsible but on my first-run my chicken cooked on a noticeable tilt and I do not know if that tilt impacted the cooking.  My chicken still came out juicy.  But in all fairness, I still injected the bird using a marinade and poultry syringe.  I plan to scrap this purchase or use it as a secondary, if needed.  I plan to buy the Bayou beer chicken rack because it appears to offer better support from the base of the beer can to the neck up.

Tried it last night and it worked as advertised. I even squeezed a soup can into the roaster and filled that with beer. But I really did not think the beer can chicken was that good.
