It's alright.

I am submitting this review after using this for 2.5 years. It's a very cost effective heating solution provided by Pigeon. Every one can buy this for your home use. It's available at a very reasonable price on Amazon. Design is good. All you need to do is , follow all instructions in the user manual provided. It will give you reasonably long service. Mine just stopped working after giving good service. I brought another one to replace this. Very convenient for daily use in your kitchen. Heats water in time. Durable enough. Steel body is really sturdy. Even after it stops heating, you could use it as a water jug.

Good product, value for money. The lid does come off but can eaily be snapped back into place. We have used it regularly for the last 3 years. It stopped working today. Time to order the next one :) Durable, heats quickly, easy to use

Kettle works fine, but has some scratch marks on the bottom (maybe from packaging).

One year warranty is all talk. I had purchased this Kettle earlier in December 2024. About 2 months back it stopped heated. No recourse except change your heating element etc. How can it be done without opening the kettle. If the kettle is opened, the warranty will be void. Anyway I have purchased new kettle. This one. It's my 3rd kettle because it is all metal. I avoid pastic kettles.
