Nice set of sockets!

Let me start by saying Sunex makes quality tools at a fair price the do it yourself-er. That is why I have purchased several of their tools tools over the years. I did spend a little more to buy the Sunex set because the E4 - E8 sockets are 1/4 inch drive. Most other external star sockets sets are all 3/8 inch drive which is to big in tight spaces when using the smaller size sockets. The sockets have a uniform chrome finish and the socket rail they come with is very nice.

Had to do a valve cover on a 2016 bmw x5 35i, these worked perfectly to get the hard to reach e-torx in the rear of the valve cover, which are blind bolts.

Another tool you don't know you need til you have it. Love that it comes with some 1/4 inverted torx. Wish the whole set was but I'll take what I can get l. Cheaper than the MAC set I have and more sockets. Sunex has been around for a long time and they make solid daily use tools.

The description of the contents is wrong. I needed specifically a 1/4" drive E8 torx as it states on the description in Amazon. It's a 3/8" drive E8 torx and a 3/8" doesn't fit where I need it.

These are the things that the Fedex technicians need for the MB sprinters they are very well made and sunex is an old reputable brand. Exceptonal value. Probably snap on be at least 4x as much. Highly recommend

Small 3/8” drive ones are little bulky for tight areas
