Soft but very strong, great buy, our son has a lot of fun with this.

This was a perfect template to create my chosen anime characters sword to attend comicon. I used paint and some accessories to make it look like Konami Tosen sword from bleach. I used fabric paints because I did not realise it was completely made of rubber. But it worked well for me. The scabbard is on the Matt side so used clear coat to add a glossy finish to that. Overall took a few weeks to complete but I'm impressed and so we're all the people who saw it

Not quite a full sized katana but say u were dressing up as dead pool or a ninja this is ideal slightly rubbery sword not hard plastic

Much harder foam than you might think.My little lad attacked my fingers with this and it was quite sore.Looks like the picture, maybe a good starting point for someone doing a cosplay as it's a little plain but for a kid running around playing it's holding up well so far.
