A great bag and spot on customer service.
Great bag. Looks great and feels like it was crafted with care and skill. Far better than the Jack&Chris bag I tried to buy twice and every time they sent me a wrong item. Though I did get the opportunity to see the quality and the Augus product is so much better than the Jack&Chris bag. It only took one time to order and receive the correct item with Augus company. Sad that Amazon refused me to write an honest review of the other company's customer service, but im that experience guided me to this bag. Very satisfied and it fits my 16" MacBook Pro perfectly.

Almost perfect office leather bag out there!
Everything is perfect (deserving 5 stars ) but giving 4 stars rating so that manufacturers can consider the suggested improvement. The quality of the leather is great, the base is sturdy and it can stand straight on its own. The pockets are very roomy to fit, phone, ipad, laptop, wallet. The product weight is also acceptable. ONLY thing lacking is the additional strap for fitting this onto the carryon luggage for travel. The design is very professional.

Nice bag for it’s space
Bought it over 100 dollars, my wife thought I was crazy, but when she saw it and have being used for about 5 months, she is surprised now that I have made a right decision. PROs: 1. It fits well with my 15.6" laptop, and there is still a room, I think it will fit a bigger one, but be careful, the bigger laptop should be thin. 2. Lots of compartments for me to put my books, such as the office supplies and documents, etc. Some of these compartments have been meticulously classified, such as those dedicated to pens, dedicated to cards, etc. 3. Very nice zippers and buckles as decorations, good hardware makes the bag look gorgeous. 4. The laptop compartment is secured by a little velcro belt to offer the bag a maximum protection. 5. Light in weight. CONs: A little bit expensive, but worth the price, if you encounter a discount, please don't hesitate.

Great value
This bag is great, especially for the low cost. I've had bags cost several hundred more that weren't as nice as this one. Looks like it will hold up for a good while too. The wife loves it.
