GE WB30X219 8-Inch Surface Element

I purchased this item for an older stove we have at our church. Before ordering I entered the model number of the stove and the "reply" recommended the proper model number. I ordered two of that model. They arrived on time, and I was pleased with the quality. No problems there. However, when I tried to insert them into the stove sockets they did not properly seat. In comparing the replacements with the original elements, I discovered that the replacements had prongs that were 1/2 inch longer than the originals. In my opinion, this is absolutely no fault of the supplier, and is probably due to data incorrectly entered into the selection software. Just saying. I returned the elements and was promptly reimbursed. My suggestion to the supplier is to include an out-to-out dimension in the product description, from tip of prong to far end of element. This will add a measure of confidence to the buyer. My suggestion to the buyer is to actually measure your elements and compare that measurement to the product description on the web-site. If no such dimension is given, then go to a local appliance store with your element in hand and order a replacement directly from the retailer.

There are two different burners from GE with the same part number. One with short leads and one with leads about5/8" longer. They are NOT interchangeable .

Not same quality as original part. Soldered clips both popped off. The original burner is made with thicker metal. Would not purchase again.

Total misrepresentation. This product has not fit GE stove tabs. Be careful when ordering.

This worked perfectly on our old GE range. Good price too.

GE OEM item. Much better than the generics.

Not an exact match to original or photo. Does not say “Calrod” and not as flat. Clearly of poorer quality.
