Honest Amish Heavy Duty Beard Balm -New Large 4 Oz Twist Tin

Finally after a very very long wait....i got what i was looking for...Original product...On-time delivery...kudos to the seller...Having tried almost every other balm in the market...nothing can beat this one...

But the best way to use this product is when you do your research on how you groom your beard, how to apply correctly and how to handle your beard once you apply. Now I keep grooming my beard and the results are amazing. The hold is decent and my beard feels full and healthy, ignoring the occasional beard fall. The balm came to me well packed, but its summer here and the balm was leaking when I opened the box and I had my work cut out for me. The smell was vaguely reminiscent of my childhood and later realised that its smells like a balloon (not a joke). The balm texture is nice and easy to apply and I am happy I chose balm over wax. But did I choose the right brand?? I am not sure since this is the first beard balm experience. There is no powdery/oily residue after I apply. My beard feels soft and shiny and my missus complemented the hipster look I currently carry. So I would say the balm is OK and only time will tell. I assume Honest Amish is well known brand in the USA and my preference for "all natural product" is why I went for it.

Great beard balm! Much better than the local brands. I wish it had a little bit more hold, but otherwise excellent! My beard is softer than ever!

I never write amazon reviews, but this product was so bad I had to write one to save others from buying it.Get a beard oil. Don't waste money on this balm. You can thank me later.

Pros:1) Good value2) Refreshing and very mild scent that doesn't overwhelm you if you're sensitive to strong perfumes3) Softens and hydrates beard and skin underneath to prevent dandruff and itching4) Tames wild hairs and frizz making it easier to shape but they went easy on the wax so it's not stiff and uncomfortable5) No rashes, breakouts or skin irritation after years of useCons:There really aren't any unless you want a stronger scent or more options for other scents. It'll take a little trial and error to get the right amount for the amount of beard you have but that's nothing to worry about.Summary:I highly recommend this product *****

This stuff was fairly pricey, It seems to be a good beard balm, but the heavy duty part, I find, is not really true . I find it does not have any better hold than 3 other popular brand balms that I have. A little disappointed in that fact . After reading the very good reviews of this product .The scent is kinda strange , like fresh pumpkin almost . It does make the beard soft though and last a long time .UpdateAfter a year of trying a few other balms i find myself using this most of the time . it really softens beard and lasts a long time . Right now i don't care about hold I just let beard go... but this stuff does a nice job of conditioning and keeping things manageable . I ordered more cause it seems to work quite well

Product arrived on time. I love the presentation of this balm, Honest Amish is one of the top companies for beard products. I especially love the twist lid tin. 4 oz of this balm really does last. I bought the regular Honest Amish beard balm conditioner back in September last year, and I just ran out of it. So for the size and cost of the product, this one is at the top of my list. I would definitely recommend this product to my fellow beardmen. A couple of my co-workers are even using it!Now to bring up another point, this heavy duty beard balm feels a bit grainy and not as oily compared to the regular beard balm. After doing some research online and watching some YouTube videos, these characteristics sound to me like this product is actually beard butter. Honest Amish what is your take on this? Being in the industry for so long, and making awesome products, how would you describe the key differences between beard butter and beard balm?

It is a good product but for the money I would go with another similar product like Beard Balm for Men - Medium Hold Beard Wax by B.I.G. Beard Balm. These products are not like for like so to be fair the Honest Amish is a softer wax that applies quite easily but is quite oily. As for hold it isn't really a holding wax but more of a moisturiser.

Does what its suppose to. Holds my thick unruly beard in place.
