Can you tell me how are they being stored since they are seasonal and only available between November-January ?** A: I don't know how they are stored they came vented in a box... I ordered 2 xs this year, the 1st batch (in dec) was much better, both in flavor and like 95% were good nuts. the second order had like 60% that were good, and they didn't have the same flavor ... hope that helps **Q: Which country us their origin??** A: Sorry I don’t know. But I was disappointed. I won’t order again **Q: Can i order these now and freeze them until November?** A: I would not freeze them as is. Some were wet when I received them. I roasted them and they were fine. If you want to freeze them I suggest you roast them, make sure they are dry, and freeze them in small bags.
