Just OK. I wear size 7 shoe and the insert was too wide for my runner/walker. Not sure I can cut it without damaging the integrity of the sole. If I were to guy again, I would consider the size down.

Probably I should wait with the review until I actually try it but here it goes so far: The material is what I dreamt of (given my sore heels, sore foot etc). I planned this to be used while jogging or running, since my usual arch supporty-insoles are digging in my foot too hard when exercising (plus they do not deal with my growing heel pain as much). I also like that it is thicker around the heel, it is easy on my Achilles tendon. Having said that, I was not able to go for a 'test run'. For my 5.5 foot, this 5-6.6 insole is just too big without trimming. It is even too big for my size 6 shoes (I tried). I can't even tell if I got the right size, because it arrived in a jiffy bag, with its box next to it, flattened, sellotaped..(so insoles weren't in their box but next to it). For the reasons I explained in 1st paragraph, I am reluctant to send it back (so I am not going to), will try to trim it and see what happens. It would help if there were some 'help lines' drawn on it (I think in some other products it's a thing).
