fit was perfect on her (snug and easier on/off)
If you have a rather petite child, order true to size, otherwise size up. We ordered the 24 Mo, tried it on my daughter who is 25 months old, 24 lbs but has chunky thighs and tummy: way too tight for her, I could barely close the snaps. I would go 3T or even 4T fo rher on this brand? Found the snaps quite difficult to open; open carefully so as not to stress the fabric. This may be a little difficult if you are working with the snaps on a squirmy or uncooperative kid. The 24 MO diaper fit my niece who is 22 months old and quite petite/spindly 18 lbs, fit was perfect on her (snug and easier on/off).In my opinion, the iPlay prints are very cute and like the bum ruffle for the girls, elastic around leg holes and waits is of good quality and make a really leak proof fit. However, in the event of an accident/poop, I would not want to deal with pulling one of these off especially when tight and wet and clingy, even if they do snap open on one side, what a mess??? Two-sided opening, not pull-up or one-sided, is pretty essential in my experience.

Great swim diaper!
I bought this swim diaper because we cloth diaper, and I wanted something reusable for swimming. I have a tiny 9 month old, so I bought the 12 month and it fit well. **These diapers definitely run small, so buy a size up!My daughter loved swimming in the diaper, and she was comfortable wearing it. The diaper didn't gap anywhere and holds in poo very well. The diaper has adjustable snaps on the side, which make the diaper VERY easy to adjust and take on/off - an excellent feature for the diaper! I'm very glad we didn't experience any leaks with this diaper, and I would buy this diaper again. The color didn't fade in the chlorine swimming pool, and I just hand washed the diaper using Tide and reused it he next day. It worked wonderfully! Also, empty pocket diapers work well for swimming if you don't have a swim diaper handy. Swim diapers are made to hold in poo, not urine, so an empty pocket also works well!

Stop buying disposable swim pants!
I have been purchasing iplay reusable swim diapers for about 6 years. It all started with my oldest when I was tired of buying disposable diapers for swimming every day. Yes, I said every day. We used to live in Hawaii and we would swim every day. My son (and now 2yo daughter) love the water so much they ask to go swimming on a daily basis. Understandably, this can get expensive when you are swimming in the pool or ocean 4-5 times a week for 52 weeks a year. I am not kidding. Kids love the water. Maybe they take after their surfing mamma, but hey I am not going to deny them I love it as well.Anyway fast forward to the girl, we recently moved to WA, with the ocean at sight this kid thinks she can swim in the Puget Sound with water temps in the 50's, uh no. But I dragged out her overly used old pair that was waaay overused and drooped in the butt, so it always looked like she pooped and I had to break down and buy her another pair even though she is 90% potty trained. Alas, I digress. Amazon to the rescue! After a full 14 day adventure driving from WA to RI and staying in hotels only with indoor pools, hey they have to get the sillies out somehow, i am pleased to say they still are the greatest purchase!I never seemed to have any of the problems with the fit issue. I just go by what iplay has listed on weight and order accordingly without any problems. So (fingers crossed) I have not encountered a poopy pants with my daughter in these, but with my son yes, oh yes! And before you say oh dang so gross, the snaps on the side are a real lifesaver. Back in the day I did not know about this amazing feature and did not purchase ones with snaps. I would have to slide the poopy pants down and they would get all over! Him, his legs, the towel, oh my! But these ones with the snaps are amazing! And by the second kid one usually can scope out those tell tale signs that a turd is about to make an appearance...lol you all know what I am talking about!

Really great swim bottoms - but run very VERY small!
Adorable swim bottoms. I love the swan print. They're also thick and well made. But like everyone else mentions, these run very, very small. My daughter just started fitting into 2T bottoms, so making note of everyone's advice, I ordered a 3T. It's still super tight! The waist is tiny. The rest of the trunks are large though, so I'm worried if I go to a 4T it would balloon on her. We had an old swim diaper that was 0 to 3 years (up to 28 pounds) and honestly this is only a fraction larger. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with the 4T, but she doesn't seem irritated by it, so I'm hoping it'll stretch a bit. This definitely wont last more than this summer though. She's 27 months, 28-29 pounds and average height.

Perfect swim diaper
Love this little swim diaper. It fits nice and snugly around my baby's waist and legs without causing any chafing or discomfort. I found these to be more comfortable and effective than disposables. The pattern is so cute that she just wears this diaper with her tankini top and we have no reason to pull wet bathing suit bottoms on and off with every change. If you've ever owned a swim diaper without snaps on the side you're going to kick yourself for not discovering these sooner. The last thing you want to do is try to pull a wet, poopy diaper off your small child on a sandy beach without getting poop everywhere. The snaps make it so much easier to have an easy diaper change instead of a disaster. They are easy to wash and last a long time if you hang dry.

Runs on the small side
While the quality of the swim diaper seems perfect and extremely cute, my little 6 month old’s fat thighs couldn’t fit through the leg holes. She is large at 20 pounds but even with 18 month size I have to return because it doesn’t fit. If you have a large baby size up several sizes. I just can’t imagine buying a 24 month size for 6 month old ha ha!

Seems to be durable.
I wish they made 1 size bigger as this 1 is a good fit for now.

Buena calidad
Me gustó. Funcionó muy bien como traje de baño. Cero accidentes. Buena calidad.
