Columbia Women's Carson Pass Ic Jacket

I am 5'2" and 100lbs and 32" at the chest so I ordered the x-small. The dark seas color is very nice. The fabrics of the inner and outer jackets are very nice. Unfortunately the inner jacket is cut much too small across the front of the shoulders and across the chest. And then the jacket flares out at the hips, so it is cut like a triangle. With a sweater on I was able to zip it up, but there was no left over room and it was uncomfortable and not wearable. So I was not able to wear the inner jacket, or use both jackets together. I could wear just the outer jacket, but it is cut a little too snug across the chest. (The sleeve length in both the inner and outer jackets is very nice: they are long and cover the top one-third of my hand so I consider that perfect.) I have never had this problem with any brand of jacket. I have a Columbia ski jacket that is a girl's size 14-16 and it fits very comfortably loose. I also purchased a small in the same color and intended to return one. But the small is much, much too large, it just hangs on me and the lining of the right sleeve of the inner jacket was sown in twisted, so I can't put my hand through the sleeve. Quality control missed this one. Also, the zipper on one of the jackets was very tricky and almost unusable, but after getting it to zip properly a few times the zipper became more cooperative. The zipper on the other jacket was perfect. Sadly, I've had to return both of them.
