Great Product with one obvious flaw.
I'll keep this brief.Does it work as advertised? YepWas it worth the money? You betIs there any alternative at this price? NopeThen what's the problem?TLDRFaulty product being sold in Indian markets with lower than average warranty. 1 Year.Full Story :Everything works fine with this UPS when it's running. The problem starts when you turn it off.The moment you turn off the UPS and press the off switch in your room the fans start. Wait what? Shouldn't the fans stop?Well that's where the flaw is. When you turn off the room switch the ups thinks that there has been a power outage and it starts, for 5 minutes and then it realises false alarm and turns off. This is clearly a design flaw and if you go through the other reviews you can see everyone else is asking if this is normal. No it isn't. It's not supposed to start when it's powered off.Good thing? APC knows it, they just don't care. Will it reduce the UPS's life? Yep it will that's why they've kept the 1 year warranty. So what shall we do?Unfortunately, APC has an absolute dominance in this price range, so we've got no choice. What we can do is save up and move onto their competitors. The moment some other competitor comes up with a similar product, jump onto it.We are the customers and if the company can believe that they can get away with selling a defective product in the Indian market, we must respond in kind by not buying their products until they fix it.Market leader, doing such cheap tricks. This is another Volkswagen from Germany folks.

The first UPS had a faulty wire and the second UPS didn't provide more than a minute of backup and shuts down abnormally
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The UPS was defective on arrival. It isn't using the mains power supply no matter which wall socket I connect it to and it is operating in battery mode.EDIT: Amazon was kind enough to send me a replacement but the replacement was also defective on arrival. It shuts down after a minute of backup, shows a red color with a continuous beep. This happened even though UPS was fully charged.I'm extremely dissatisfied with this piece of crap. I don't think I'll buy an APC product ever again.

Excellent product but botched delivery
Cloudtail Shipped this product to me via Delhivery and they manhandled somehow which led to the internal fan breaking when arriving and the UPS not working properly and shutting down unexpectedly every so often. AMAZON DOES NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY ON THIS PRODUCT so they did not help me more than tell me how to contact the makers of the product APC.Thankfully APC were exceedingly cooperative and sent an expert to look at the product and it was he who determined that the fan was broken by opening it up. I contacted support on the night of 9th Jan, a support expert came to my house the very next day on the 10th, put in a request for a fix or a replacement immediately, APC very helpfully decided to just give me a replacement for the whole unit which I received on the 12th which now works wonderfully.I have a desktop which is an i5 6500 and a GTX 1070 configuration and a BenQ 1080p 24 inch monitor and under a light load of browsing, the unit has an uptime of more than 15 minutes which is the longest I've been able to test without risking damage to my desktop and is adequate for my needs. When under battery power the fan makes a fair amount of noise but it's not that loud and a small sacrifice for protecting some very expensive components. On the whole, EXTREMELY satisfied with the product and APC, the manufacturers and EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the delivery process.

Able to run games on nVidia 1080Ti in ultra setting ...
Able to run games on nVidia 1080Ti in ultra setting for around 10 minutes, before it starts beeping. Absolutely necessary if you have a gaming PC or a workstation.

It was a trusted brand and is now hardly trying to maintain it
I bought this product few weeks back and tested the backup time with battery saver enabled on my power hungry gaming PC. I ran the first backup test with the following settings "Battery saver enabled + light load while browsing + watching YouTube + opened few applications" and It gave me around 40 mins backup. In the second test with the following settings "Battery saver enabled + playing graphic intensive PC game" and it gave me 19 mins backup. I guess it will give little more backup if the battery saver disabled. My Rig specs, Intel 6600K, GTX1070, 2 x SATA HDDs, 1 x SSD, 1 x DVDRW and 550W SMPS. You guys decide based on the feedback

Premium Quality! Great Durability! Perfect choice!
This UPS powers my 550w pc and 100w montior. I think it is solid and well built. Great quality product. Turns on the fan to cool down it's internals as soon as you power it off and disconnect from supply.Even during frequent power fluctuations this stays strong and I love that.I think I made the right decision going with APC.

Very Good Backup TIme!!! More than 1Hr for TV+STB
Received this UPS last week. My main purpose is to drive a 32" Acer Monitor and an F&D soundbar hooked to Tata Sky HD. I was hoping for around 30mins backup. But this has exceeded my expectations by a large margin. Yesterday the TV setup ran for 1Hr 15Mins (couldn't test the full capacity as electricity came back before full discharge). But this is more than enough for me.One advice though, to get such long backups, the 'Battery Saver' button must be turned OFF. It essentially switches UPS off even if the battery has ample juice to run.
