Purchased this product recently and want to share my experience:1. Functionality. The adjustable power of this stimulator allows to stimulate the abs through my above average layer of fat.2. Great effect! After 45 mins of usage every evening, I feel some abs pain in the morning like the one I would feel after medium intensity workout.3. Good quality. The silicon stickers are still very sticky after multiple uses. A small tip: make sure that you cover them with the original protective film after each time it is used.Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and highly recommend it for those who want to have very strong abdominal muscles and attractive body shape

Let me start this by saying that if you are fat, this machine isn’t going to magically make you have abs. This machine is for accentuating the abs you may already have. Everyone technically has ab muscles. Most people’s are just covered up by a layer of fat. There are 3 things that will help you get abs if that is the case. DIET, DIET, and DIET. What this thing does a good job of is electrically stimulating your current ab muscles to give them more tone and definition. All while you lay around in bed and watch TV. You have to combine this with exercise, diet, and gym time you already do. With that being said. This is a damn strong little machine. Similar to a TENS unit. It pulses your ab muscles and has 10 different intensities and 6 programs. And let me tell you. It works your abs pretty damn good.

About the product- I find the smaller units to be more powerful and the product works best in areas of little fat which is probably why the bigger “ab” unit isn’t as good for me (yet) as I still have a layer of stubborn subcutaneous fat on my abs. The smaller ones have been AWESOME on my shoulders, biceps, triceps, and quads. Haven’t tried on glutes and hammies due to the fat layer thing. I used it before a workout and hit the wall quicker then ever, very sore after so I’d say effective!

You can feel the Ab Machine working on your body! This is a great product! I’m going to use it for 30 days 3x’s a day! I’ve been so excited about this Ab Machine! So far it’s been great! I will buy again! I highly recommend!

So within a week I've received 2 abs stimulators. Right out of the box on both I charged all 3 frequency instruments. After a short time I was ready to try it. The large ab pad just barely tingled on any of the settings even on power 9. The smaller pads don't work at all. After trying all 3 of the frequency instruments and still nothing I decided to return it for a replacement. A few days later I received the replacement. Yet again straight out of the box the same results! This product is junk! I wouldn't recommend waisting your money! I will be returning both with hopes of a full refund!

Package arrived with only the 2 arm stimulators and two remotes for them. No ab stim or remote. No gel pads. No usb cable. So many things missing. The whole reason why I ordered it is for the abs stimulation and it wasn’t even in the box. Been ordering for years. Never had an order so messed up.

Personally, there is no doubt that it's the lazy way for tummy toning down. Lightweight and thin machine as it is. Contains powerful technology. found that very easy to assemble and set up. You can feel how the abdominal‘s really work. This abs stimulator is in good condition. There are different levels you can change it. I was skeptical at first but decided to buy because of easy returns by amazon. I been using the abs stimulator for almost 2 weeks, every other day. I followed the manual to slightly increase the time and intensity. It was bothering me at first sessions, but I now I almost do not feel it on my abs. I am surprised that my abs feel more toned and its easier for me to flex them.

I was happy to use it on the first 5 days. After that:1. Each of its pads lost it’s adhesive and it slowly comes off your skin while your using it and it could hurt you. I keep pressing it so it could stick and shock your muscle not your skin.2. Each pad becomes inconsistent and not having equal shock. If you use it in your back You will feel that one side is weak and the other side is strong and that one side has less contraction and the other side has strong contraction.3. Not worth the price so it’s not worth buying. I would say skip this one and try something else that is similar functionality but worth in everything.4.Peace!
