I added MaryRuth’s Organic Iodine Liquid Drops to my daily supplements and really like it. It’s gluten-free, and it’s completely tasteless, making it very easy to take. I’ve been working on weight loss and supporting my metabolism, and I’ve noticed better energy since using it. I also appreciate that it’s organic and non-GMO. Great quality product!

I have been taking for a month now. Within the first 3 days the swelling and taught muscles in my neck went down significantly!! That’s a big win for me. This has brought me great relief. It tastes mildly sweet but otherwise no flavor. I highly recommend this supplement...

Excellent quality, good price.

Every now and then I come across a supplement people say changed their lives. I looked into Iodine, and there's merit to it. There's not a lot of evidence to it, but its not harmful at the least. But I heard people saying they started losing weight after taking it, they noticed Thyroid levels adjusting, wounds healing, cognitive benefits, etc. So I figured, why not. You dont know what you might need until you try it. But its been 3-4 months now and I dont notice a damn difference. I'm not upset by that mind you, but just to give my two cents. I will say, there's no flavor to this at all, or any texture. You can pop this right into your mouth and be fine, I just put a couple of drops in water in the morning. I'll finish this off (it'll take a while), but I dont see getting it again.

I have. Not noticed any real benefits from taking this. I just started using it.Maybe it's accumulated.However, I don't have any side effects either.

1st you CANNOT go wrong with anything by Mary Ruth!!! We love this product, use it daily both my husband and I. It's fabulous.

I have Hashimotos. My immune system attacks my thyroid. I just had an ultrasound and they found a nodule. So under my doctors recommendation I went off all thyroid medication. I had tried every type of thyroid medication. Natural. Synthetic. Compounded. I spend hundreds of dollars on thyroid medication. Most not covered by insurance. On all these medications,my thyroid was swollen ,gained weight and unable to lose weight and I felt brain fog and terrible even though I cut out gluten and dairy. This has been going on for over 10 years and many doctors!!!. Fast forward 2 weeks ago, under my doctors care, she had me stop all thyroid and just take iodine. I researched Amazon and thankful for the reviews, I picked these organic iodine drops by Mary Ruth’s. I had no side effects from stopping my medication. I felt better. Brain fog lifted. More energy. I did feel tired a few days and had a few days of other side effects but overall I have been on the iodine drops and also drink Truth pre workout energy drink which has tyrosine in it. And yesterday, I looked at my neck and couldn’t see my swollen thyroid for the first time in years. It’s shrunk my thyroid puffiness. Talk to your doctor about iodine drops. I am so happy I did. Update 4/23 I had my thyroid checked and the iodine drops gave a false high TSH reading. So I stopped taking the iodine drops. I felt very tired after stopping the iodine drops plus medication. So I went back on T3 on medication. I still felt tired. Under my Doctors orders she put me on a T4/T3 compound medication for my Hashimotos. I had to pay full price. Why? Because regular T4 Levothyroxine not compounded bought through say Walgreens and paid by insurance has FILLERS in it. Fillers such as lactose, a milk protein binder and I have a severe American dairy allergy being raised in France on French dairy. This American dairy is very inflammatory for me. And T3 Liothyronine brand name Cytomel contains starch which may come from corn( no-no for Hashimotos),potato ( nightshade no-no), or wheat( no-no non celiac gluten sensitivity). I will update you on my bloodwork I just had to see how stopping the idolize did for me. I have had bad side effects starting back up on thyroid medication. So I may be going back to the iodine.
