Husband has a snoring issue like most men, especially on his back. Many years ago he had surgery to remove his soft palate and epiglottis. Sadly over the years his snoring got worse and ment thatmy sleep was getting more disturbed I purchased these and was so impressed as his breathing was a lot smoother, no sign of snoring on his side. On his back there was a little attempt but didn’t materialise. Today he is a lot fresher and felt like he’d had a decent nights sleep. Normally his snoring wakes him at times so he feels restless too. Would I recommend, most definitely yes!

Bought these fr my husband. He said they were comfortable at first, but then said it made his nose sore, he tried the smaller size but it just fell out through the night. It didn't stop his snoring but I think it possibly helped as didn't seem as loud?? But no good if it makes his nose sore.

Hardto tell as I sleep through my snoring. The oh is keen on them.
