CRC SL3310 14 Oz Lithium General Purpose Grease

We ordered this product as it did not give a good description but it did show it weighed 39.2 Ibs. We assumed it was cases so order 4. It wasn't cases it was individual tubes. I contacted the seller and did not hear from them so messaged Amazon who contacted the seller. The seller sent an email with a customer service number. I called twice and left messages so we could return the item. No call back. I then messaged Amazon again and they contacted the seller who sent me the same email with their supposed customer service number. I called and it rang through to only have them hang up on me. Left another message. I am going to try contacting Amazon again as this is bullxxxt.UPDATE: Received an email with an address to return the product. Returned product. Then received an email stating that they would be charging me a 20% restocking fee since the product was unsaleable. I replied back to them stating WE never opened the original packaging so if it was unsaleable then it was due to way they originally packaged the item. Received another email on 11/17/2020 stating they were looking at this issue as a priority. Then yesterday I received an email stating I had to go through Amazon to get my refund (Amazon states I have to go through the seller) as they need a packaging label from Amazon in order for me to ship it. Dang they already have the product. What the heck........This is just absolutely unbelievable.
