Brilliant very very happy. Only downside is I’m not sure it will last long BUT it’s definitely worth the money and I will update if I have any problems. So far washes floor well and doesn’t leave it soaking so dried quite fast.

My wife has health issues so we are trying to find out what she wants to get done with her to make it easier for her

I was worried after some reviews that this bucket and mop was too light and would tip over, but I have found it simple to use and to clean after. I am quite short so its comfortable to carry and use, and I also have arthritis in my fingers so its easy to carry and use, even when filled with water. It is small and compact to store. I like it very much.

I liked this set because the bucket is easy to carry and isn't too heavy even full of water, the wringer is reasonably easy to use (as long as you have the microfibre cloth on the mop head exactly) and it was easy to use when it's my turn to clean the stair in my block of flats.The downside is that the mop head is not strong enough if you find you're turning it a lot. I didn't even flip it the wrong way as shown on the mop head, but it does click a lot. Apparently it has reached its limit of clicks and has now snapped so I am left with a bucket and cloth that are still fine but no pole.There is nowhere on the Amazon store or the Kleeneze website to buy just a replacement mop which is frustrating as now I have to buy a whole new set and do away with what I have. Sigh.

So u have to slide it into the side bit that supposedly takes all the dirt /dirty water out a certain way it doesn't wring alot of the water out like a normal mop an bucket so it soaks the floor. If u have children this defo isnt for u it dosent hold alot of water it's time consuming and a complete waste of money be rude not to mention that the plastic bit that attaches the mophead an pole together completely snapped off after a week

I’ve been using this for just under a week now, it’s lightweight but you don’t need to apply much pressure. It’s easy to use and wrings out nicely so the floors dry quickly, I have a lot of hard flooring and it gets under furniture nicely and gathers all the dog hair well leaving the floors clean.

Having seen a friends post on Instagram I wanted one, so got it on Amazon and have not been disappointedSo east to assemble/disassemble and storeEasy to use and reaches all areas including under furnitureThe simple 1.2 steps drain the excess water meaning floors dry quicker so great if you’ve kids and/or petsHighly recommend

I really like how compact this mop is and how it works, but the mechanism around the head is not strong enough to wring it out. I bought this and it was replaced by Amazon within 2 weeks as broke in the same place (see image). Now it's unfortunately broken again - I'd like another replacement please, Amazon, but there is nowhere for me to order the replacement on your website, even though I registered it with Kleenez and have a 12 month warrantee until mid August, which they say is "retained by the retailer". Thank you
