This book was a fantastic reference for myself
This book was a fantastic reference for myself, I even learned a few new things! I shared it with my physical therapist & pain management behavioral therapist & they both loved it because of how simple but explanatory it was - perfect for patients with CRPS and the professionals who treat them.

CRPS reader review
I'm constantly scouring the internet for resources on how to manage day to day life with CRPS. This little book is a breath of fresh air. The content is unique and useful but I want to highlight the communication style. I feel as if the authors were writing it just for me. It's the first resource I've read where I felt seen as a chronic pain sufferer. Plus, spiral-bound for easy use.

Excellent tool!
Fantastic guide to CRPS, RSD, and chronic pain. This book lays out the fundamentals of pain science, while also providing clear guidelines and instructions for applying the principles to your particular case. A fantastic reference tool, not too dense, and easy to read.

A must read for anyone with CRPS!!
I have bought several books on CR PS. This was the best described all of my symptoms and helped me to understand my condition better than any of the others that I have bought. It was highly recommended to me actually buy my physical therapist. I just told my doctor about it and he said yes he had read it and was sorry that he had not recommended it to me sooner. I highly recommend this to anyone with this condition

Thank you for writing this book.
Even though I am a retired biology teacher with a higher than average understanding this book did such a great job of helping me understand and validate my pain experience.

Excellent book!
I have CRPS/RSD. This book is an excellent source of information to help me manage this condition. My physiotherapist is now reading it. Short, easy to read and to the point. Tells you the stuff you need to know without overwhelming you with too much information. Awaiting the GMI kit from this organization now. Great products from NOI Australia!!

Excellent CRPS nerve sensitivity explanations for all, brain map concept, plus rehab planning aid
This is a great book to help explain CRPS to others and start planning your own multi disciplinary rehabilitation programme, with a therapist. I hope everyone with CRPS Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, RSD Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, Sudeck’s Atrophy, Causalgia, (and all its other previous names and variations) takes the chance to read this. It doubles up as a workbook /planning aid. I know I’ll keep re-reading to affirm its principles. Also handy that it is spiral bound. It focuses on limbs but mine is back spreading to limbs and elsewhere, so I’m hoping to find more specific to backs from same author, plus more in depth analysis and explanations from the references provided. Note: many references include Moseley who many of you will know from his UK clinic.
