Great flavor
I like the flavor of the cherrywood. I have used it many times. I was smoking 30# of shrimp and 14 chickens at 8-10# each for a friends retirement party. I ran my 6 tier Bradley smoker for 2 days straight using the briquettes.

Cherry
The cherry flavor is very mild which is what my wife likes. Apple is probably my favorite for pork but amazon did not offer it in the 120 pack at the time of purchase. Cherry works well and don't see any concern with over smoking the meat which can sometimes happen with hickory. 120 pack is best value and the way to go.
